After a lot of researching my fiancé and I finally decided to stay at the Beluga Boutique Hotel for our summer holiday, and I am so thankful for that! We stayed 14 nights at this small sanctuary, and here are some of my personal experiences; THE HOTEL/ROOM The hotel is relatively small, only 14 rooms and suiting pool/restaurant/bar/lounge area. Fresh...

Just the best service from every member of staff, from Romaine to all the guys who made sure we were looked after, NOTHING was any trouble, food was FANTASTIC! Have to mention some names, Soh was unbelievably efficient, could remember everything we ordered previously, both Pom and Ed made sure we wanted for nothing and helped out their staff at...

This was our second stay at Beluga and it was just as good as the first. The outstanding thing about Beluga is the exceptional staff, they don't intrude on your privacy but they see what you need before you do. The restaurant serves food so good that we never go anywhere else. No children under 16, a fabulous seaview and,...

We stayed here at the end of August and are so glad we trusted the reviews on Trip Advisor. It was a dream! We were greeted by staff the moment we arrived in the taxi and were made to feel at home. The room we had for the first night (the upper front facing room) was stunning and had lovely...

Thank you very much with you very nice review on TripAdvisor, For information to clarify two points, you say that we are twice as expensive for food and drink : In Thailand the price of branded alcohol is more expensive than in Europe, so 80% of the bar and restaurant make cocktail with very cheap alcohol and 3 times cheaper...

We stayed at Beluga for four nights for the first part of our honeymoon in koh samui. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by cold mango sorbet - delicious! Our baggage had been delayed and Pum Was so helpful in ringing the airline and ensuring this got delivered to us the next day- she chased constantly for us...

This is a fabulous small boutique hotel. The staff were excellent and go out of their way to assist you. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was superb as were the other meals we took in the restaurant. The pool area is lovely and there is a beach too. Both the pool area and the beach have sun beds...

The staff and manager are the nicest people! The flexibility is great and they want nothing more but utmost satisfaction for their guests. Unfortunately, we felt the rooms were very small compared to other hotels/resorts on that price bracket. As my wife is pregnant we aren't party goers and so wanted to relax in the room probably a bit more...

We loved our stay at beluga. The stayed here for 8 nights and they were kind enough to up grade our room to a corner room on the 2nd floor. The location is quite and about 20 mins walk long the beach to Lamai Central. Breakfasts are sensational and the other meals were great. Yes, the prices are higher but...

Location is perfect if you want to be surrounded by physical beauty but not be in the centre of town. 15 to 20 minute walk along beach to town or 200 baht in a taxi. The taxi for 200 is a complete rip off but all the drivers collude. If you try hard enough you can find one to take...

Wonderful, attentative staff. Small but nice comfortable rooms (small for two large suitcases on the floor, that is), elegant bathrooms. Great sun beds and refreshing pool. Kitchen/food was beyond expectations: great flavours and tastes even in a boring spaghetti, amazing breakfast. I especially enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere at this location with no kids running around... Tiny beach and...
