I've stayed here a few times over the past 15 years. While the rooms are a nice quality and the pools good, everything else is lacking: 1. The staff seem jaded (I've known some of them for 15 years - they seem to have lost their spirit) 2. A lot of noise bouncing off the two facing wings which are...

Perfect location for a family holiday. The hotel was very well situated and clean and tidy. The staff didn't speak a lot of English but they spoke more English than I can Thai. I do speak a little Thai and they very much appreciated it. We hired their motorbikes and they were very well serviced. I must say the staff...

Really nice place to stay. Great location, can walk to lots of shops & restaurants. Very helpful & friendly staff. Pools & Restaurant next to the beach. Rooms could do with refurbishment but they are clean & spacious enough. Balcony with table & chairs. Nice, we enjoyed our stay here & would come back again.

Went here with my mother for a week. The location is great and the restaurant/bakery nextdoor (Will Wait) is good. The hotel itself..not so much. First we got room 418 in which the ceilig was leaking and there was a smell of mold. Next room was 3210, which was okay. Slightly smelly, but nothing leaked. Bed was rockhard and with...

I am travelling with my partner, hopping from one hostel to another so this hotel was booked as a little bit of a break and a bit of "luxury" amongst staying in dormitory rooms in places with no pools etc. This hotel did us just fine, it was clean enough, bed was comfy and it gave us the break we...

Marina Villa in Lamai, what can I say except that it was a big disappointment. Supposed to be a 3 star hotel but I would say its more 1½ to 2 star at most. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews but that is not the case. The hotel is in a good location by the beach and...

The resort is somewhat run down and could use a massive makeover. Rooms are very basic, hard beds and dated/ratty bedding. You get ratty, torn towels (only one per person unless you ask for more; no hand towels). Use same towel for beach and shower. Water pressure on the shower in the room is very weak, but at least you...

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property has two very nice pools steps from the beach. The beach was clean and the ocean water was very clear. They have Thai traditional massages on the beach for 250 baht per hour. That is a great price for an ocean front massage! The masseuses were outstanding! Don't be fooled my their...

We stayed here for 6 nights in august 2016 with two adults and two teenage kids. Nice hotel, directly on the beach and in the centre of Lamai, very close to all the restaurants and shops. Two or three persons- rooms with a balcony or terrace and a nice view on the tropical garden. For breakfast you can go around...
