An amazing Italian Villa / Art Gallery (Like sleeping in the London Saatchi Gallery!) with simply stunning grounds, large rooms with big comfortable beds and the breakfast was perfect especially the selection of Italian home baked cakes! ( I never eat cake for breakfast in the UK but trust me they are insane!)

We were so tickled to stay in this refurbished villa for a week. If you are shy of nude modern art, just look out the lovely windows to the impeccable grounds and the gardens with pools. Our room (and art) was just as lovely as the public spaces. The staff is very, very attentive so get use to some spoiling....

What a lovely find! My son Florian and I were on a European road trip following the former routes of top gear hosts and chose to stay here as we wanted to visit Verona (Interesting that the GT hosts followed our footsteps!) This hotel is tucked away, original and unique - very quirky and stylish rooms and furniture- really lovely...

The hotel is a mixture of Classical Venetian architecture with modern art and Mendini's furniture. The experience is really funky! Even the breakfast room is not what you would expect ! It is under a "verrière " where you will freeze in winter. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you to Verona. There are many ways to get...

Dear AbsFab C, Glad to read your feedback about our Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà and knowing that you appreciate it! We are very proud of our custom made Mendini's furniture. During the winter we usualy serve the breakfast in a separate room inside the main building and use the "verrière" mostly in the summer season for the reason cited...

We booked a few days to visit Verona and the opera with the kids. We had two excellent rooms in the adjacent building. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes from the city center of Verona and the hotel offers a free transfer to the opera. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the grounds there is a...

Wow, a beautiful Hotel set in the Verona Wine making region of Northern Italy. It was very quiet at the Hotel, but the Staff couldn't do enough. After a poor 1st nights sleep, due to the centrally controlled heating being turned on (time of year) the 2nd night was better as the Manager had switched the A/C back on. All...

This place is truly remarkable. It is a high quality art gallery with some of the world's leading artists on show. The building is remarkable, light fittings you never saw the like of in your in your life and a great but expensive restaurant with lobster spaghetti that will live on in my memory. But don't, whatever you do place...

This is a unique work of art in itself. The hotel is obviously a labour of love although it is weird... beautiful sense of arrival as you enter a magnificent drive to the hotel. The reception staff are not the best so you have to be patient but if you are not in a hurry that is not a problem....
