Was on holiday in Grenada but due to a plane mishap in Tobago was transferred here. Only stayed 1 night but that felt too long. Place was run down, staff didn;t seem happy, beach was a trek and sand was black. Popped to local shops and was locked out as 1 min late had to scale the back gate to...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt that the short walk to the beach was a “trek”. To clarify, you have to walk down stairs and cross a small street to get to the beach. The majority of beaches in Trinidad and Tobago feature dark gray volcanic sand. It is important that we provide...

We are at this hotel at the moment having moved from the Turtle Beach by Rex. The service is a shambles we waited just under an hour to be served an ice cream in the end gave up. the staff look like you are asking them to crawl over broken glass to get you a drink. That is when they...

Dear Martin, Thank you for your recent stay and your feedback. We appreciate it. We are pleased to hear that you had such a great vacation and the opportunity to experience the wonderful things that Tobago has to offer. Both Trinidad and Tobago have a large population of bird species. It is a pretty amazing experience to go bird watching,...

First of all I must mention that I am Trinidadian and I suppose since this is my twin island home one might think I would be biased. Well this is not just based on mine and my families experience, but on that of at least a dozen guests staying there at the time. To be fair to some of the...

This was a horrible experience and one of the reasons why I do not plan on visiting Tobago anytime in the near future. The beds were adequate and the room was clean. I like to believe I'm a fair reviewer but this was just the worst experience ever. I've stayed in Hostels who had better accommodations than this "hotel." Upon...

We visited Grafton near the end of Jan 2011, on a Business Trip - our entire group consisted of approx. 30 persons. We took the Corporate Package which was all-inclusive of all meals and drinks. First and foremost, the customer service at Grafton is exceptional. Kirby McKenzie was MOST accomodating and friendly towards not only myself, but the entire group,...

My friends and I booked two rooms with an ocean view and a King size bed for 3 nights at the Grafton Resort. The Grafton assigned me a non-ocean view room with a twin size bed and assigned my friend a room on the first level with a less than partial ocean view room. When I mentioned there’s an error...

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We were allowed to check in early so we could head to the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family of four. The hotel grounds were clean and a children's pool was just below our room. We did have one issue during our stay. Our first room did not have...
