The resort is beautifully placed and the view of mountains adds glitter to the entire experience of being in such a lively place. The food is extremely tasty, must try the rajma chawal. All dishes were very good. Extremely polite and courteous restaurant staff. Specially the guy Shubham! Shubham was like the icing on the cake! Extremely helpful, always willing to help, disciplined and attentive! The rooms are quite good but some issues i had was with the room heaters not being warm enough and operating! The hot water in the bathroom is also and issue with no proper temperature control and many other plumbing issues. Otherwise the room was quite decent. The hotel manager Anjani is one of the most charming personalities available on the premises! She is always willing to have conversations with you,Provide assistance and be helpful. The only guy you should avoid in the trip is their travel assistance person Mr. Vinay (+919816101609). We relied on him for a travel to dharamshala, which we had informed him 5 days prior on arrival! A day prior the rates hiked and he said no one is ready to go to dharamshala, which was quite opposite to what he had promised in the first conversation! We also booked 3 days local sightseeing with him! Where his driver cunningly took us to persons or hotels where he had a commission! He didn’t even take us to the solan valley parking and was going to drop us 5kms before. After insisting 2-3 times he brought us 1km nearer to the parking. Note- there was no ice on the road and there were vehicles with DL, HR passing parked there! His aim was to force us to take an ATV ride uphill! Which we didn’t and we walked 1km. The drivers ATV friends also abused us for not taking the ride! The overall all experience with larisa was close to extraordinary! With some bumps like the travel desk guy and his driver and the room with heating and warm Water issues! We had booked this beautiful property for three nights and it had everything that one seeks while planning to stay in Hills. Cozy Rooms, courteous staff, warm hospitality, and outstanding location with amazing view. All this, we had further extended our stay in this property. Anjini was managing this property and she accepted all our request with a warm smile on her face. The F&B staff made.sure that we get the hot food, even though we reached for the breakfast late, everyday. Loved every bit of this place. After a disastrous and day long experience of searching decent place in OLD MANALI, we finally landed at La Ri Sa Naggar, Manali ( 30/35 mins drive from Manali). Had very low expectation with this place too but to our surprise we were finally able to find a place which knows the meaning of hospitability and hosting a guest. This place is away from hustle-bustle of old town and offers comfort, peace, tranquility & picturesque view. Property offers something to all age groups - they have kids area, open dinning , a spa, a swimming pool etc. and trust me in Manali one won't find all these things that easy under one roof. Staff is very hardworking and courteous, special thanks to Miss. Anjani Thakur for sharing information about Manali and guiding us with our trip to Lahaul. Our one week stay was very cozy and comfortable. Complementary upgrade to luxury room was good gesture of hospitability from resort, it added to our experience. All necessary measures regarding pandemic are strictly adhered - sanitizers are placed all over resort, common areas/rooms are sanitized daily. La Ri Sa is among the top places to stay in Manali, looking forward to experience fresh powder there.....…
