I booked a pool view room, considered the "best" room in the resort. But the resort is old and dirty due to lack of maintenance. Dirt everywhere in the room. Room light is weak. Bathroom can be seen from other rooms. Like people-less for years. Contactless lock but open by key?! Pool has a lot of dead insects. Lots of mosquitoes. Limited choice for breakfast. Booked a pickup from airport and driver showed up late 45 mins. Rating should be updated. The only good thing is the staff is helpful.

Located in a tranquile street behind the (horrible!) main road of duong dong you find this pearl. Amazing place with the sweetest people working there. The breakfast is nice and rooms and pool is absolutely perfect. And for a good price.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, its location is very good, many restaurants and bars around. Towels at the beautiful pool and there was always an empty chair for us. You can walk to the beach it’s just a 10-15 min walk down the street. The room was very big, we had a lot of space and they even gave us one with all the requirements we asked for. The breakfast was very good! Lot’s of foods and good coffee, always a few warm dishes and juices as well. Fresh soup and freshly made eggs. Our original flight was cancelled when we left. The two guys (a lady and a guy) from the reception (unfortunately we din’t know the names, but they worked today in the morning, the 21th of February 2020) did a big effort to help us, they called several numbers and call centers and checked airport departure times and they even gave us the opportunity to take a free airport shuttle, so we could rebook on another, earlier flight. Very lovely service, we really appreciated that! Thank you again very very much! I would definitely recomment this accomodation and will come back 100% in case I will visit the island again!…

A lot of Skandinavian tourists. Location is good, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms 301 and 302 are close to each other. If you like privacy, not select these. Also the people upstairs are walking close. The room itself is ok. Very close is restaurant Banana Garden which is highly recommended. When you go to the main street just soon left is restaurant Hai San Mon Hoa which do not accept Western tourists.

1. The location is a bit far off down a sideroad and it takes some effort to the nearest beach since all hotels and resorts claim the passages private. 2. The minibar is NOT free. We did not receive the info that the minibar is not free since there was no price tag for all the products in the minibar. We were asked to pay when we checked out (not much since there were only 2 beers and 3 soft drinks maybe) but still, would be good to have the info before. 3. Some rooms in the same building as the reception hear lots of noise from the hostel opposite, one night was until 2 am, ish.

Visited Phu Quoc and stayed 13 days at this nice hotel. We had a great triple room at 2nd floor, it was spacious and clean. Nice view from the balcony to the beautiful pool. Very serviceminded staff who was ready to advice and assist at anything you need. Tasteful and generous breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and other delicasies prepared for you. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here - away from mass tourism and still centrally located!

We stayed at Bauhinia Resort for two weeks. Such a lovely place. Quiet, lush poolarea, nice bungalows and friendly staff. Mr. Houang at the receptiondisk helped us so much and made us feel very welcome in Vietnam. Thank you!

We booked this place sfter reading good reviews and the odd not so good one. I can honestly say i cant find a single thing to moan about.The rooms were clean, the beds large and comfortable. The pool was an oasis and perfect to come back to at the end of a long day on the scooter. Scooter hire available and good bikes too. Staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were great plenty of choice and the best coffee in phu quoc . Amazing stay , great location very peaceful yet a five minute walk from a good selection of bars and restaurants. Very reasonable rates.

Where do I start.....we book this hotel very last minute and didn't know what to expect for a low cost hotel. We had communication back from the hotel the same day to confirm booking and they kindly arrange a private taxi to accommodate for 5 plus luggages free of charge. Wow!.....the welcome extended above and beyond as they upgrade us to a pool side view....amazing!! The manager and staff are very polite and always willing to help. Wether if it's arranging a taxi or advising us about the island and the better things to see ! They are always smiling also which is a really good point. If you are looking for no nonsense accommodation and relax for couple or small family at minimal cost to you. This is the place to be. Thank you again for your hospitality.

This resort is in the center of Duong Dong, far from night market 1,5km. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 4 minutes to the main road. good service. Breakfast is delicious.have nice clean swimming pool. I have good journey with this hotel. anyway thanks for your service.
