Well, staff is working but it seems like they fall a sleep on the way of your request haha ) however everyone is polite and smiling to you. Phu Quoc island is so quite now as no Chines and Korean so mostly Russians and Vietnamese and it made us surprised ,
1 big group vizited this resort for a sort time . Welcome drink was tast (I think it was watermelon),check in took a bit time and rest of our times were perfect. Breakfast need to improve for sure .thanks
Its a nice place if you will come with friends and family so your stay can be more ẹnoyable. Íf you come with a good mood so everything will be pêrfect. Thanks to kind Vietnamese staff from houskeeping.
can not write too much as I did not have a time to discover this resort however I'd like to say thanks to Victor for a great attitude to the guests, he advised a few things for me so I grateful for it as well as to another staff too. good buy
We would like to thank to all of the guys in the resort about nice relations to customers. All was great. Phu Quoc is nice place but I afraid in a few years this Island will be so noisy and full of durty place. See you again in a year.
Friendly and very attentive staff available to answer questions quickly on whatsapp which was fantastic. Lovely large pool area which my kids and I loved. There was always sunbeds that were very comfortable to lie on and relax. Convenient to walk to some nice seafood restaurants. There was also a nice German bakery within walking distance. There was also a smoothie and Vietnamese coffee stall outside the hotel which was convenient! There was mini golf and table tennis wich my 6 year old son enjoyed. Perhaps extra golf clubs would be nice as there was only one. Or table soccer or a pool table could be added. Drinks and food by the pool could be added too however, you could buy a 20,000dong ($1.30AUD) smoothie just in front of the resort! Gardens and grounds could do with a spruce up especially at the front entrance. Breakfast was sufficient, with quite a few options. Would love some pancakes at breakfast but that is just me. They did have some kind of cake available every day. Fruit, eggs, bacon, noodle soup and Vietnamese dishes were on offer..Perhaps, cereal or yoghurt or museli could be added. We stayed in a two rooms with a connecting door which I loved for our family for 85USD a night which was in the main building on the third floor. This building did not have a lift which was a pity. The bungalow rooms near the pool were lovely, as we spent our first night there. It would be great if there was a pair of bungalow rooms with a connecting door to accomodate families. The beach was also a short walk out the back through another restaurant. Be aware that there is not much sand to lay on as there are many resorts claiming/occupying the beach. We sat at Mandala restaurant and bought a drink there. The water at the beach was lovely and clean. Overall for the family holiday, with kids it was very convenient.…
Please be aware that a lot of thing and places to visit on the island: 1. Cable Car (I think it's the best place on this island) 2. Pagoda (Temple on the mountain with a nice view) 3. Safari Zoo (Great place to visit with kids) 4. Bai Sao Beach (Wonderful beach with jet ski scooter and boat with parachute) 5. Coconuts prison (Place for adults only) 6. Vinperland (Great for kids) Resort is so simple and we don't have much to tell you as mostly we were outside to discover the island. " Cảm ơn "
Our kids were really enjoying in the pool in the evening as in the afternoon was so sunny, me and my husband liked the beach (So long and many resorts on it with many restaurants) but the way on the beach is via another small resort and sunbeds are chargeable in there. Husband was happy with the small gym (that's what he likes to do daily). The only one issue is the staff afraid to talk with us as they do not understand English even in reception is so difficult to talk with them but there is 2 guys who know everything its Danny and Viktor.
Hello guys, we've been in Phu Quoc 5 years ago and came again so we don't have words. Everthing is totally changed, many many new hotels and resorts on the island. The goverment really work well, as well as peaople too, it's so nice to see it. Our resort was good too. Do not afraid to visit Vietnam.
Great location, close to the beach and a large pool. Air con didn't work well and the beds were uncomfortable in the villas but we're fine in the cabins. Overall would recommend over other local places, especially if you intend to spend most of your time outside of your lodge.
