I came here to spend my New Years and when I checked in on Dec 31st, I found the room to be really dark, dingy and smelly. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom, which felt like a prison. When I told reception and they cleaned up the area, I noticed they forgot to give me toilet paper. I went to get reception but no one was there. When I was getting ready there were loud noises in the attic, I wasn’t sure what it was but it did sound like a rat or a cat. When I told reception they told me that is was noises from nature and most likely came from outside animals that was out of their control. Overall I had a terrible experience. The worst part was the way reception and the owner handled it. We booked for a few nights but we couldn’t stay after the first night since we couldn’t sleep. They made us pay 50% of the remaining nights and took our deposit. They told us to empathise for them as a business but failed to take into our wasted time and money. My friends and I had a terrible experience. We will never come back. If you want a good time on your holiday, I DO NOT stay here. It’s a waste of time and money!…

we booked a stay at your resort but had to change the dates. my wife spoke someone at booking.com when we changed the dates we got charged £10 more a night so we had to cancel our friends are still booked in and we would like to be with them at the original price

Good location, nice, friendly, cute outside. Inside is another story. It's dark and dingy. Bathroom was run down and dirty. Breakfast buffet was so so. Staff (receptionists, one named Yien? was very friendly and helpful).

Very peaceful and quiet, staff is super friendly, pool is amazing and rooms are very clean and in good shape. Staff keeps eye on property and make rounds regularly. Also motorbike rent (cash only) Breakfast good enough.

The staff here are the best staff i have met in all Vietnam. This is my 8 trip to my second home, Vietnam. Well, the staff. They are helpful, smiling and they speak English very well. The rooms are Nice. Cleaning staff is quick and efficient. Reseption likewise. Not the biggest selection in food at breakfast, but taste good. Ask staff to make omelette. YUMMY. Also their pancakes are delicious. I will defintly come back to this place. I say it again, best staff in Vietnam:)

Really loved this hotel. Very small and cosy. Clean rooms and a good sized pool. Great location near restaurants and the beach. Great staff especially Ann who is a true gem to this place. Always greets you with her smile and so very helpful. Would stay here again.

Overall is the Terrace Resort a good hotel. Good rooms where all have their own veranda. The staff's English is not very good, but hey, who cares as long as they give you a smile back and tries! Breakfast staff were great, reception staff OK. Cleaning could be better. Short walk to the beach but be aware that it might be hard to get a sunbed and umbrella as they are restricted to the beach hotels.

I can only comment on the restaurant, as we didn't stay at the hotel. Food was very good compared to the standard on phu Quoc. We definitely enjoyed it. It is also fairly cheap. The price for our breakfast for two was 160k VND.

the most perfect polite helpful staff and very luxurious clean room with brilliant swimming pool... I was on holiday to phu quoc never did I get so much for so little . the resort is the best for the closeness to rory`s bar at night and the beaches. 300-500 metres after hearing other people moan other places I know I was so lucky I booked terrace resort their is a lot of new building work all over phu quoc which can be noisy during the day , but if are looking to moan or a winger go somewhere else go somewhere else because everyone was happy at this terrace resort.

We have been here for less then 12 hts and let me say I am glad that we booked a week. The resort is nice and quiet. The rooms are huge. Beds are comfortable,pillows are nice. The rooms are clean!!!! The bathrooms are good too. Overall very impressed so far. Staff have been polite and friendly.
