The guide picked us up at the dirt landing strip. About an hour drive to the camp, but animal viewing on the way. Found 3 lions near the landing strip. The resort is rustic. The tents are very large. Bed comfortable and mosquito netted. First night, hard to sleep because of wind noise, smoke, and animals sounds. Next day, elephant...

Dear San D Thank you for your detailed review for Linyanti Bush Camp. We will be introducing fans in private rooms at the end of July for the summer months. In terms of the water, the underground sources of water are depleted due to the unexpected nature of the droughts, however we have dug a new borehole and a new...

We had a great experience at this camp! It was located on a private concession meaning more exclusive game viewing and night drives are allowed. Our guide was great, we felt very welcome, and the food was fantastic. The camp had a lovely view of the swamp where herds of elephants would come by each day for a drink of...

Dear Mlasley Thank you for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear your kind words and that you enjoyed your stay at Linyanti Bush Camp. As the water levels are very low at this time of year, wildlife sightings are hard to come by, but as you have said, not non-existent. What a lovely experience to have seen a...

Ebony Bush Camp is an extension of Linyanti Bush Camp. As the name implies it is not pretending to be upmarket but a bush camp and does a wonderful job at that, providing an experience of old Africa with modern conveniences. It has good game and this is seasonal so as the water in the interior of Chobe dries the...

We are an older couple (late 50s) and were travelling to Botswana on our honeymoon - we had decided to visit three different game camps and Linyanti Bush Camp was our first. After our short flight and landing on a dirt airstrip we were met by our guide/tracker KG who informed us that our drive to camp would take about...

It's a long drive from the airstrip and boy was it hot but Esse, our guide, quickly established a great repartee with my wife and I and soon discovered what our must see game needs were. A lovely greeting from the staff and the tent we were allocated too was very impressive. No mains electricity but that was not a problem as you...

Expected to be fantastic up market camping on the edge of a fantastic game reserve swamp. Nothing can be further from the truth. To start positively the bedroom villas were fantastic and the general staff were great. The guide was slow, unenthusiastic and we saw minimal animals. The food was sub-optimal with many meals (apart from breakfast) over complicated and...

A small intimate camp with only 4 tents (but attached to Linyati Bush Camp) that offers the bush experience with just enough luxuries. Tents are large with great views of the plains and nightly sounds of the hippos, birds and the elephants crunching through camp. But what makes this camp is the staff - especially Wilson the manager, Happy the...

We spent two divine nights at Linyanti Bush Camp. Wow! What an experience. We were blown away by the hospitality of the staff, the knowledge of the guide and the quality of the service; a winning combination. The staff made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too difficult, they were only too happy to ensure we had the best experience...

Linyanti Bush Camp is a very comfortable camp with lots of special amenities. Staff was excellent and worked very hard to make our stay memorable including, Butler, our driver and guide who worked hard to find the animals we wanted to see. The dinner outside under the full moon was very special. The challenge with this location is that is...

Having never camped before this was a new experience for me and my husband. The rest of our family had camped before and they all loved Linyanti. Since it's winter time it was very cold in the morning but that would be my only complaint and that certainly wasn't managements fault. There were plenty of blankets and a hot water...
