We stayed as a family with two girls (11 & 13) after having the most amazing time on safari. We stayed in the Baobab Family Suite which exceeded our expectations. All of the staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is fantastic and is served in a different location every evening. The location is quite remote which suited us and the beach is gorgeous. We loved it here.

We stayed here for 5 nights on an all inclusive basis for the remainder of our honeymoon, and it didn’t disappoint. When we arrived reception greeted us warmly, and showed us to our suite- they had kindly decorated it with flowers and an archway for our celebrations which was simply wonderful and thoughtful! The resort is in a beautiful spot amongst some picturesque nature, and was built to avoid destroying any of the habitat of the wildlife. There are two types of monkeys that you see frequently, and other wildlife such as birds and frogs. They’ve also built a lovely pond full of Koi carp which the staff let you feed at breakfast. The food was just fantastic- they have themed nights including BBQ and Mongolian, and the staff here are great too, very engaging and friendly.

Great resort south of the township. Great staff, very welcoming and accommodating to all your needs. Food is buffet style, must state as average, but nice and fresh. plenty of room for guest at the pool or on the beach lounges. Two separate pool and beach bars, with good selection of drinks including cocktails. Food from the beach pizza ovens (additional cost) is great with many options.

Loved this place. Perfect setting on the beach. Lovely comfortable rooms, fab food. The staff were really lovely and I would love to be able to say that I would come back again next year as would love to give them our custom again but sadly the beach sellers spoilt this holiday for us. We love to spend our days on the beach but the minute we set foot on the perfect whitie sand we were shadowed by 3-4 different beach sellers at a time, all wanting our money, and felt very intimidated by them. Yes they were polite but they intruded on our time together and ultimately were only interested in getting us to buy from them and in some instances telling us how they needed money to send their children to school etc. We contributed loads to the community on our travels around Africa but

Location is on a remote part of Galu beach away from the crowds. The atmosphere is laid back. Very good service and friendly staff. Food was good and many options on the a la carte. Room was spacious and clean. We had an ocean view room which is highly recommended. Breakfast was in the restaurant at the back of the property and had a good spread. Would come back here again. The beach has soft wide sand and no crowds.
