I booked a double room with twin beds. We got to the hotel and found that there was a double bed. It took about 5 phone calls and 6 hours, before the sleeping arrangements were sorted out. Towels are provided but they are smelly. I think that it may be the detergent used. It may be a good idea to...

Firstly I would like to say that I have given a rating of 4 based on the whole complex. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the food was good, the staff were polite and hardworking and entertainment was there if you wanted it including exercise classes and stuff for the kids too. But, and this is a big but, the standard...

Julius really looked after us, great overnight stay in Tsavo East and West and were delighted to see everything. We tracked a leopard and got some wonderful photos at the water holes of all the animals. Watching the giraffes stooping to drink was a bizarre sight and the baboons playing next to heards of elephants and zebras was magical. Book...

Area. Fantastic location, very beautiful grounds, very green, lots of palm trees. All building have palm thatched roof. Wonderful beach, I would say the most beautiful in the area, white sand and turquoise ocean. The ocean is quit shallow at low tide but still deep enough to swim. The difference in tides is about 2 metres. Sea life is far...

Stayed at this resort from 12/4/2010 - 28/04/2010 and find it hard to say anything positive except that the staff (as is nearly aways the case wherever you go were very good) booked to stay at Village (this is the middle of the 3 hotels) and have no idea where the hotel got its ratings from. Booked a superior room...

Wow what a beautiful holiday, an awful long flight with two stops but well worth it when we arrived, hotel is lovely, rooms small and basic, weather was amazing, sometimes to hot but never cold. Most of the staff were friendly but the bar staff were rude at times and ignorant, unless u contstantly were tipping them, the food was...

Booked our holiday to Sentido Neptune village online through Purple Holidays with Cosmos for 1 week. First Impressions. Arrived lunchtime at hotel, great first impressions of staff, hotel and grounds! Our room was nice, standard, but clean and tidy with a good view. Food. The food was really nice here, a wide selection to choose from with different meats, fish...

We got an incredible deal on this property by calling the hotel directly instead of booking through an agent. Our trip cost Kshs. 9,000 for a couple daily (£ 75 or $ 120) on an all inclusive basis. Not a bad deal at all! And when we arrived and politely requested something close to the sea, they put us in...
