My partner and I stayed at Four Points Kochi for 8 nights this December, visiting Kochi on our vacation. All in all, our stay was excellent and we had a really wondering time at the hotel. The room was very comfortable so if you're looking to just stay in as well, I'd certainly recommend it. And we really want to know which mattress that was; it was absolutely magical! :P Owing to some unforeseen emergency, we missed the chance to properly thank each person and would like to take the opportunity to do so here.
The staff was polite and helpful and made sure our requests were looked after promptly. It was my partner's birthday the following week and even on a few hours' short notice, they helped in arranging a simple towel decoration and a cake for the occasion. Special thanks to Enamal and Nadim for the beautiful creation and ensuring a clean room every day!
This was the 2nd time we were staying at the same hotel primarily for its cleanliness which in these times is the most important. All floors were being cleaned frequently and we had housekeeping every day. One small grouse I had is with the breakfast variety and I hope it diversifies similar to what we experienced during our first visit in 2020. But the breakfast was delicious and once again, we'd like to specially mention Biju at the buffet who ensured we get everything before the buffet closes and was always patient and helpful even though we were late many times!
Finally, to everyone at the main gate, thank you so so much for aiding us day and night with our parking, and to everyone at the reception for answering our calls even at odd hours. You all have been really kind and considerate, and we apologise for not being able to thank you individually. Hopefully we would be there again and get to see you. We leave kochi with some beautiful memories and a large part of those include your help and the hotel's services.
We strongly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kochi to anyone looking to spend their time in the city. Kakkanad may feel a little far to some but honestly for us, who had their own car and were looking for some peace away from the urban hustle bustle, the hotel's location was perfect and the view was beautiful! If you're like us, do not miss the impeccable hospitality of this establishment. We look forward to staying here again!

Though it was my official trip, hotel members treated like a family. I loved the solo trip which was made memorable by the hotel. You will definitely get a good gesture, proper attention, positive attitude, all the helpful staffs, starting from front desk, housekeeping, chef, everyone I would say. They coordinated well and it was a wonderful stay.
Food was amazing: Chef Shibu has magic in his fingers and just make finger licking food. You will get immense variety and gonna like it for sure. During my stay of 5 days 4 nights, I preferred hotel food rather than outside as it was light, delicious and less oily & spicy. I truly enjoyed the food and ambience. Gesture of treating guests is remarkable.
We also had a team lunch of about 35 ppl and he just quickly figured out a solution for us which was commendable as we were preferring restaurant food instead of banquet one.
Front desk/Housekeeping team members are equally supportive as you request for something and it’s done.
My overall experience of staying in four points by Sheraton was superb and I strongly recommend this place. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

We absolutely loved out stay at 4 points. Right from the entrance until the very end, we were delighted beyond imagination by each and every member of the team.
Safety: They follow all the necessary covid guidelines. They scanned our luggage, registered our temperature at arrival.
Facilities: The hotel has a very unique structure unlike anything we had seen before. The lobby is not near the entrance, you have to take an elevator to reach the lobby. The reception is well constructed and close to the bar and restaurant. The restaurant is relatively small. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed an evening dip. There were few teens who kept clicking pictures while we swam which made us a little uncomfortable. Apart from that we had a good experience at the poolside.the gym is really big and well equipped.
Room: the room is very normal, it offers the view to the city. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom was splendid. They even have reusable wall mounted containers that hold the toiletries. This avoids the whole small plastic bottle toiletries that do no good to the environment. I loved the idea.
Food: We had the buffet breakfast and it was yum. The pancakes were so amazing! The service was prompt as well.
Service: Right from the security to the reception to the restaurant, we were impressed by everyone we encountered. We would like to mention this sweet lady called Vinudha (I guess that's her name) who helped us with our check-in.
Conclusion: we will definitely visit this lovely place again. Thank you so much for a great staycation.

This was booked by our travel agent. From the onset we were not happy as the location was too far from Kochi fort and everything we had booked. This aside the rooms were good but beware of the DO NOT DISTURB BUTTON next to the light switch. We were tger3 in Republuc Day and it took our driver 1 hr 47 minutes to get back to the hotel from Kathakali dance show. When we got back we found our room unmade, no towels, coffee, water or toilet rolled. The staff were so off hand about the DND. We thought it the card you hook overage door handle. They go to great pains to send someone to show you the room and facilities but never mention this DND button which we had accidentally touched in the night when going to the bathroom.
Do not use their money exchange, they were giving 7INR to the USD below the current rate. Daylight robbery but they have a captive audience being 23 km out of Kochi Cuty.
The food was excellent in choice but cold because the lids were never closed. We didn’t have one hot meal including the made to order omelettes. Service very very slow.
Poorest service we have encountered and certainly not up to the star flagship status

Overall, this hotel was a good choice, the rooms were better than expected, but the staff were brilliant in their attentiveness and service. The breakfast had a good spread although as a tourist, I stuck to the Indian food choices which was nice and lots of Masala tea! My friend used the spa and enjoyed it too. It was easy to get transport to town (by Uber) and the location of the hotel was on a quiet part of Infopark, Kakkanad. Finally, the hotel booked us a boat trip in Allepey and it was a fabulous experience.

Hosted my daughters wedding party at the Venue on 4th Jan 2020 and it turned out to be the memorable event for me, my family and invitees. The ambience was awesome and arrangements spot on with the guest being taken care of very well by the hotel staff. The officer in charge Mr. Saurav Valekar was very energetic and moving around the venue non-stop to ensure smooth roll out of the function. They also suprised us with the food arrangements which was moved out into the open lawn rather than their indoor alley, this saved the day as about 350 invitees could easily access the food counters without stumbling. I will reccomend Four Points by Sheraton Infopark Kochi for stay as well as party venue. I would like to rehost an event in the future at the same venue. Kudos to the staff of Four Points by Sheraton Infopark Kochi for their superb service and wish them future sucesses.

One of the finest hotels I spent. A real palace. It starts from the entrance to the hotel with an amazing team that helps and guides you. Extremely quick entry procedures by a professional staff that the suitcases are already in the room. A rooftop pool with an atmosphere of freedom and quiet relaxes you from business and problems. A restaurant with fine food. It is important to note the receptionist Raul who knows the job, kind, smiling, a true professional.

Nice property. Superb location away from city.Food is superb,the chef and Jimmy Jacob and other staffs in the restaurant were very friendly and their service was superb. The room service staffs were very friendly especially Anju who interacted well and made towel art which the kids enjoyed it. Basic room is small. Pool depth is just 4 feet good for kids .

A truly modern looking hotel with likewise amenities. Friendly staff who always greet with a smile and ensure your stay is comfortable. Room service is quick and get exactly what you asked for. Housekeeping take care of your needs, be it extra bottles of water or basic amenities. Always a trusted brand and an equally well maintained property, thanks to the efforts of the staff. I recommend staying at Four Points especially if you are travelling for business as it is close to Info Park. City centre is within reach and if you want to avoid peak traffic travelling outside of Kochi, do prefer this location.

To be very specific starting from the very first call that i made to them until seeing us off, the service was excellent!
The team, especially Royce and Neha were very accomodative throughout the planning and plotting of the event, also gave us few complimentary offers with the best price that we could get compared to all the star hotels in kochi.
One of the major reasons in choosing them was the venue they offered, high ceiling and the inbuilt decor is definetly a highlight.

According to me it is safe area ,there is no such thing that should be avoided you can stay here ,but as a tourist I think it is far from the tourist place.
