Excellent small break in a lovely area and property, very peaceful. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back for another visit in the near future perhaps over xmas!!

Great 5 nights at Park Cottage. House had everything we needed for our 5 person and 1 dog stay. Plenty of firewood and coal to keep us warm during the cold Easter break. Location provided easy access to Aviemore and the wildlife park. Would recommend...More

We camped here for 2 nights and it was so peaceful. We were lucky to have good weather! The staff are fantastic and welcoming and the facilities are one of the best! Super warm and underfloor heating in the toilet/shower area, it’s always been spotlessly...More

We have been coming to Alvie for over 30 years and always find it welcoming and relaxing. Beautiful scenery, warm welcome, comfortable accommodation for the whole family - including the dog. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely wee cottage. Very warm and clean. Good base for exploring the highlands. Could do with a cheese grater and a bread knife. Also possibly bigger cups if you are a tea addict like me. Although I did leave my heart cup for the next...More

You will need to contact Dunachton Estate. Kincraig House is on Dunachton, not Alvie. You could try their main Estate Office at Fyvie, 01651 891246.Hope this helps

Kincraig House is on Dunachton Estate not Alvie, although it may have been in the Parish of Alvie at some time. I'm not sure which Estate Office you visited but I don't think it was Alvie. Hope that helps.
