The resort has no swimming pool and the beach is so dirty after the rain it is a health issue. My special price for a 19 day stay in the suite was 20000 THB more expensive then what other guests payed. The more they smile the more one gets cheated. As I don't eat wheat and there breakfast is included...

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends on our way to some of the outer islands. We had one night on the way out and one night on the way back in. We did not expect much given the low price but this was a lovely little resort right on a beautiful beach. If we come back this way...

We booked very late so ended up being quite expensive, also clashed with Chinese New Year, which being in the Chinese quarter was worth the extra, although very loud with all the fireworks. That was not the resorts fault though. The rooms are clean and tidy and the service is really good. Rooms cleaned everyday and breakfast was included. Nice...

Stayed here with for 3 nights at the end of our holiday. Overall the resort is certainly good enough if you're looking for a mid-range price, quiet location and clean / sizeable rooms. We were paying £30-35 on the other islands and did end up booking quite late. Our room was near £80 a night but for that we got...

Close to the beach in a quiet area of Mae Nam on Koh Samui. The rooms were clean with good air conditioning and having breakfast included in the price made it very good value in my opinion. We paid 1,200 Baht for a double room with breakfast for 2 people. Outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and bars...

This place is really a little gem in paradise. Now for an opinion from a english guy..... It is realtivley cheap and is in Mae Nam and is very close to the pier/ ferry .. about 10 mins in a cab costing around 150 baht or 5€, who can complain at that and the Hotel will provide a taxi for...

We stayed one night at the Baan Fah since we arrived late to Koh Samui and were traveling to Koh Phangan the morning after. For this reason we wanted a hotel as close to the pier as possible and BF sounded perfect with the stated 100m. Unfortunately there we two faults: 1. It is not even close to the pier...

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite at the Baan Fah resort for 11 nights. The room was stunning, clean and exactly as described on their website. The private balcony had sun loungers, table and chairs, overlooking the beautiful 2 km white sand Maenam beach which is one of the quietest and laid back beach on the island. The beach area...

“Try and hold out for a beach facing room if you can. If none are available then the hotel has 2 or 3 rooms that have their own balcony overlooking the sea. We were lucky enough to get one of these and it was excellent.”
