We only paid 39 euro a night for a deluxe and found it good value for money. Yes the hotel has some run down spots, but most places are looking good, working and clean. Breakfast in was good, with fresh fruits, toast and fresh made egg varieties to pick. Very near to the quiet but pleasant Mae Nam with a few nice beach bars and restaurants and coffee houses. The staff was super friendly, and the toilet that was broken was repaired right away. The nice white houses have a pool, aircon and are surrounded by a well kept beautiful garden. Perfect hotel right in the middle between luxurious resort and cheap hotel!

Stayed here for ten days the location is fabulous right next to the sea but more sun beds are needed ,there are a few bean bags but in my view not many . Now to the room it was very small I had to plug the kettle in by bed as it wouldn't reach . The steps up to the room need to be addressed they are very steep and unsteady. The staff are lovely nothing too much trouble .Food is ok breakfast is normal no complaints there would I stay again yes but on a ground floor . Tuk tuk to fisherman's village is worth a try there is some lovely bars turn left out of dining room another 200 yards is like a mini walking st .

The suites on the first floor around the large pool are not suites as Europeans think of as suites. Here they are large rooms with a divider between the bed area and the seating area. However, the rooms here are large with comfortable beds, good wifi and good aircon. There are not enough power points in the "suite". Good size shower room but shower water not hot enough. Seating area is good size but seating not particularly comfortable. Good size balcony and nice to sit outside.
The rooms on the ground floor are of a similar layout but smaller. There are steps out side the room entrance in to the good sized swimming pool.
These rooms could do with a microwave as at present there is no food outlet at the hotel.
There is another block of rooms on one side of another swimming pool which are very nice and only a little bit more cost.
One problem with these is that some of them a have connecting doors to the room adjoining. Cannot stop noise transference.
There is also another single story block of rooms with there own swimming pool.
Again, very nice but, again, some have connecting doors to the next room.
There is yet another block of rooms, this time leading to the beach. However, four of these look on to a fence while only one fronts on to the beach.
The hotel is on the beach but only in a short width so only one room is on the beach but the other rooms are only a short walk to the beach.
Unfortunately there are only a limited number of beach sun loungers and bean bags for the number of guests.
Nice long beach for walking and good for swimming. Several beach bars and cafes along the beach. The closest two have loungers with cushions.
The hotel is two minutes walk to the town which has mini marts, restaurants, hair dressers, massage, etc.
Hotel staff are very nice, which includes the owner and a special mention for Q , cannot spell his full name, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Hotel about 20 minutes from airport and taxi cost 400baht. March 2023.

I booked a deluxe room with acces to pool which is nothing compared with the photos from booking.com, it is very dated and needsbablit of tlc.
The terrace is with rotten wood fence and the floor is also rotten. In the first day I fell trough the pavement of the terrace, it colapsed when I step on coming from the pool. I called the stuff and asked them to repare the hole
2 men came and start working. I left at noon and in the evening when I returned the hole was the same as before abd the deck fiil of mud.
After another complaine they cover the hole.
I have a 1y6m kid who can fall in that hole.
I asked for another room, but the stuff refused.
My friend asked for an extra bed, they charged him at check in, and in room they extended sofa instead of bringing q real extra bed.
Qlso, my friend fall trough the pavement on the resort. The hole still there.

Good location, a clean room and is nicely renovated. Easy access to anywhere. Thank you for the room upgrade to the Sea view room, from my room just less than a min to the warm great for swimming sea. love the surrounding gardening with nice plants and flowers....plus the small dip pool was just perfect. A short walk outside for local eateries and mini big c mart. with those smiley faces and helpful staff and owner makes your day great. They just opened one small section of the resort, the rest needs to be cleaned up and reoperate the full resort again hopefully with their restaurant as well. I will be back.

Would give zero stars if this was an option !!
We arrived at the check in around 8pm, got shown our room and told the staff member the sheets were not clean and there were stains on them. Her response was they might be able to change it in the morning. Once the staff member left my wife went to get a shower and there was no hot water, then after this we noticed the pillow cases were dirty and then my wife pulled off the pillow cases, the pillows themselves where black in colour(see photos below). I immediately packed our things and went to reception as I wasn’t staying in this place any longer!! They had nothing really to say about this other than it was a mistake…. I understand people make mistakes but when you see the photos below this was more than a mistake this was pure negligence to hygiene!!! The person who “cleaned” the room before we arrive clearly would have seen these stains, then proceeded to put them on thinking it would be acceptable for anyone to sleep in. Then I got a message from the hosts themselves to tell me I had overreacted to the situation and if I had of stayed they would change the pillow…. No harm but if that is what was visible to the eye then I wouldn’t be taking any chances in a place like this!!

Unfortunately we reserved a room for 2 weeks.
We chose a room beside the 30 m pool .. perfect for swimming except the pool was filthy .. the bottom could not be seen so I didn’t swim and while they seemed to clean the pool it did not improve in 14 days…
AND I didn’t sleep .. not only was the room lit by numerous outside security lights but the mattress was lumpy not just hard .. extremely lumpy and unsleepable.
The room was spacious is probably the only positive I can add.
Our favourite day was the day we checked out .

I have stayed at the Florist many times and have always found it pleasant for the price. The beds are hard as a rock, like most beds in mid range properties in Asia. The pools are great here though and so is the beach. Easy walking distance to nice cafes and coffee shops.

Was a little worried at first when we pulled up as it’s off the Main Street in Mae Nam. The rooms are large but basic. Beds are a bit hard but standard for this part of of Asia.its great for the price and it’s right on the beach. You can rent bikes or have a massage, if available. Staff is friendly but needs some customer service experience. They only accommodated something if they wanted to. Nothing bad to say about the place, great for a couple on a budget.

Hi, we stayed in the Grand deluxe with pool access and this looked to be the most modern, great rooms, very clean, plenty of space inside and out for us. They are the furthest from the beach but only a short stroll. We found The Florist to be good value in these rooms.
