Overall the hotel is great, good service and facilities. The roof top restaurant and bar have great views, delicious food and drinks (which are very reasonably priced). The pools are great, albeit the “quiet pool” was not particularly quiet at times. The hotel is located in a remote part of corfu, there isn’t much to do close by. Limnopola restaurant (10 min taxi) is recommended and a trip into corfu town by boat was beautiful. Staff: Ria who greeted us in the main restaurant every day was super. She was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always had big smiles. She really helped make our holiday a pleasure. George made the best coffees every day, always friendly and really nice to chat to. The chef Alex was particularly attentive and helpful to my sister who was gluten free. Recommendations: Better facilities for late check out if staying by the pool. Getting a shower before leaving the hotel was a challenge and really gave our lovely holiday a not so great ending.

My husband and I stayed in the Mythos Palace from the 3rd-8th August 2022. We booked this as a little break away from our young family. We made the most of our stay, met some lovely people and enjoyed relaxing by the pool however, I must be clear that this is NOT a 5 star resort as advertised. During our stay other guests we had spoken to also voiced the same opinion. A gentleman who was checking in on the day we were leaving even said to the manager ‘are you sure this is a 5 star hotel’? 1. The sun-loungers by the pool had a cream cushion to lie on, they were absolutely filthy. This is not pleasant to lie on at all. 2. There were some areas of the hotel that could have been touched up slightly, there were some general wear and tear which isn’t really acceptable given that the hotel is only 3 years old. 3. The food at the beach restaurant was lovely but on occasion the food at the buffet wasn’t great. Breakfast was nice as there was a large selection and it all appeared to be fresh. 4. We were all inclusive guests at the hotel yet at certain points of the day there was nowhere to get a snack. In most all inclusive resorts you can order room service at any point however the room service at this hotel stopped at 9.30 which is a little bit too early. 5. Some of the staff were so lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them however I’m confused at the reviews which offer compliments to ‘Ria’ as the experience we had with her wasn’t so great. There were times where she aggressively marched over to us to check we were wearing all inclusive bands which she wouldn’t have had to do had she been greeting us appropriately as we walked into the restaurant. We didn’t find her warm and welcoming in the slightest 6. The evening entertainment was sparse to say the least. There were a couple of live singers/musicians however given that the hotel is remote you would have liked to have thought that there was more going on and more seating. 7. On our last night, the weather took a slight turn, there was a few spots of rain and it was a bit overcast. Because of this, all the entertainment was cancelled which was completely unnecessary as everywhere was calm and still by 8 o clock. What’s worse is that the hotel didn’t even notify the guests that the pool bar was closed and the entertainment wasn’t taking place as planned. Because of this, guests were sat waiting at the pool bar and then had nowhere else to go for a drink as there was no seating. 8. Finally my husband and I both fell ill with tonsillitis and strep throat on the last day before returning home. I find this extremely coincidental and would go as far as putting this down to the cleanliness of the pool. 9. All round quite disappointing, the price of the place definitely doesn’t reflect the standard.

We spent 10 days here and overall we had an amazing time. The highlights for us were the location, the views, the pool bar restaurant, the swim up pool bar and the rooftop bar. The sunrise and sunsets are also beautiful. The staff in the restaurant's and bar's were very polite and friendly especially Maria in the roof top bar. She really is an asset to your hotel. She was so welcoming and although really busy she always took the time to speak to us each night. Thank you for our large G & T's! Markella and Aris in the swim up pool bar also deserve a mention. They were always very friendly and welcoming. As a 5 star hotel however I personally feel a few things could be improved. Firstly although there were food labels for most dishes in the main buffet restaurant these were not always correct. On a couple of occasions there was no meat on the food label but there was meat in the dish. As a vegetarian I had to keep checking what was in the food. Maybe a V sign on the food label to show the food was suitable for vegetarians would be a good idea. The cushions on the sun loungers although comfortable were a bit dirty and worn. The positives however certainly outweighed the negatives and they would not put us off from rerurning to the hotel again.

Booked this hotel for ten nights in Corfu! It was only ok, if I’m honest a bit deceiving & disappointing. Check-in was pleasant in that the receptionist was friendly. Had emailed the hotel for two single beds as it was a friend & I travelling. I did get a response saying they would do their best to accommodate me, but, when checking in, I was advised that NONE of the rooms have single beds. Reception did contact housekeeping & they made two separate beds out of the mattresses on the one base! It was sufficient, but not five star standard! My mattress was sloped so I kept rolling one way…… pillows were very hard! The room itself was amazing with spectacular views of the mountain & the sea. Housekeeping was fantastic, a lovely lady came in everyday to clean our room & bring fresh towels/robes. Food in the main dining room was AWFUL. We were half board so we had breakfast & dinner there. No imagination at all in the creation of the food. Fish dishes weren’t great & orange juice in the morning was mi-wadi orange! Greek coffee was fantastic though & there was a lovely lady making it. Staff in restaurant were pleasant enough. One waiter in particular was a little gem - always had a smile & a cheery hello! Pool bar was nice, good food but the service wasn’t great! On two occasions we sat for 20 minutes before we were acknowledged. They seemed to work at a very slow pace. However, Thanasis was really friendly & when he noticed us, he would come over to serve us, if he wasn’t busy! Our spa experience was amusing! It was nice to see a mix of both male & female therapists. However, there are no details on the hotels website about the spa treatments or prices & when inquiring, rather than answer your question they would bombard you with this offer & that offer! A bit off-putting to say the least! However, the treatment itself was amazing - big shout out to Joanna & Sakis. One other point to note - it would be worth putting up a hook or two in the shower for towels & robes as mine were soaked when rinsing off body scrub! Overall it was a very pleasant experience, but if looking for a sandy beach you won’t find it in Boukari!!!

Hotel was beautiful Location was average - nothing to do around and couldn’t easily walk anywhere because the roads weren’t safe Trips out were good but expensive Wanted to have a late checkout and we’re told it would cost €70 which I thought was very steep for a few hours extra just to go and shower and freshen up before the flight Upon arriving, we had to wait around for 3 hours for our room to be ready. The older lady who seemed to be running things was very rude, laughing at us when we asked when the room would be ready. Then the other lady behind had to interrupt to tell us it was in fact ready. There was nowhere to get cold water at all, all bottled water was warm which was unpleasant after a day in the heat. The cleaners were amazing and our fridge in the room was filled up every few days which was a lovely touch! The view from the balcony was lovely and the room itself was amazing! Selection of food was lovely and the buffet was great, lots of choice! The rooftop bar was definitely our highlight in the evenings but get there early to get a table!! The service just needs work and charging €70 to keep your room for only a few hours is way too much considering how much we paid for the holiday!

Just checking into this hotel. We upgraded our room with plunge pool - we needed this break and also a business recce. We emailed ahead and requested room with a view and a bit more privacy. It was responded to and agreed. See what we got. Along with rubbish (informed later by guest relations that the rubbish will be there every day left by room service and collected when it is) and a disregarded lilo. I went discreetly went to chat with the guest relations to raise my concerns and ask for a move. I was confronted by a somewhat argumentative tone and a persuasive nature. My points were not taken at all and was told that the lilo in its location is in fact not part of our room. True but it’s in our eyesight. Ever heard of first impressions?? The guest relations (I’ll show courtesy and not name the person) totally embarrassed me in front of other guests and offered that I come back to speak with the manager tomorrow. I offered her a little lesson in customer service and suggested that the manager come and seek myself and my partner out and offer a solution and an apology. I thanked her for the embarrassment and she turned away abruptly and remarked unfavourably to other employees standing near by. Great start to the holiday! We’re here for a week so let’s see if it gets better or if this unsatisfactory review is acted upon or just going the same attention as all the others. Thank you so much!!

I don't normally leave a review, however due to how good the experience was I felt I had too. I booked this hotel based on it being a TripAdvisor 2022 recommended. The hotel and the complex were both really good. The restaurant & rooftop bar are very good especially sitting in the outdoor part of the restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean with the walk in shower in the bathroom being a particular favourite! There is a tennis court and 2 pools which are both really good (the pool without the bar is in my opinion the slightly better out the 2). The only thing better than the actual hotel is the staff! They were all really friendly and helped out wherever the could. Although I did not get a chance to get everyone's name, I must give a special mention to Ria & Marie who were amazing & looked after everyone! The hotel is along the beach front. It has small pebble beach along the that part of the coast, which is fine but if you're really struggling you can buy/take some sea shoes which stops the problem. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the small town of Boukari where there are lovely little beach front restaurants overlooking the landscape which is spectacular! There are also several piers along the beach front, and the one in Boukari is particularly good fun to dive off!! The hotel is a good base to start from whether you want to just spend all your time chilling or whether you want to visit other places (which I would recommend either hiring a car or a decent quad bike). If you want to stay local you can hire a bicycle from the hotel which is nice to cycle along the beach front, or you can hire a quad bike which is really fun!! The hotel is 45 minutes from the airport. There is no transfers (which is my only small negative about the place), so ensure you organise a taxi to & from the airport before you fly out (it is around €100). I will definitely be visiting this hotel again. The hotel (and the island) is one of those places you can happily visit every year

This place gets everything right, everything. So well appointed and designed. The interior design is tasteful but contemporary. The staff are lovely. Best sleep we’d had in ages and the best place on our week long tour of the Boukari. Perfect in every way. A wonderful sea view from the Resort on the beach. Wonderful friendly service, the staff go are the best I have come across. A perfect 3 days and will definitely return. 5 stars and no negatives.
