You will be amazed by the views and the park itself. The accommodations are however disappointing. Compared to other accommodations in South-Africa this is more expensive but less clean, comfortable. You clearly pay for the location, not the cottage.

This is basic accomodation in a wonderful place. The trails were awesome and we saw surfing dolphins and clawless otters when we walked. The room was large, the bed was small, the fridge worked and the location was prime! There is a cheap eats restaurant on the camp which serves basic food and cheap liquor. Well worth a visit. I...

We booked 2 Oceanette units next to each other so that my folks plus us had our own place but we're close to cook and eat together. Even though the accommodation needs an upgrade we had all that was required to have a fantastic time in a place we've wanted to stay at since our first day visit to the...

The lodges are basic but perfectly adequate. It was very clean and comfortable with fantastic views over the coast. We were within walking distance of the Storms river mouth. We did have an altercation with a very large baboon who came into the lodge whilst we were there, and stole food. Unfortunately we were not warned this might happen, and...

We spent 4 days and 3 nights camping at Storms River. The location is magnificent. You simply cannot do better for a relaxing few days away from work. There are a few great walks (some are quite strenuous), some good paid for activities and of course the scenery is simply stunning. The campsite is well maintained although I think it...

A beautiful view and amazing setting. Camp sites are well maintained and the path to the bridge and lookout has been clearly marked and easy to navigate. Only downsides. Large tour group rented the nearby chalets and made their displeasure felt that we were using our kitchen and toilet facilities. A couples bathroom would help. Our whole group had to...

This is a spectacular piece of coastline and the trail from the car park is a good walk through woods and scrub along the shore and then up on the steeply sloping cliff. But the trail is all boarded so it's easy walking. Once you get to the Storms river mouth there are great views up the gorge. You can...

We stayed in a sea front cabin which was clean and well presented. Awesome views of sea. The crasing of the waves are with you morning noon and night. The Cattle Baron restaurant in site serves wonderful steaks on the beach. Well worth a visit.

very large, beautiful views on the see from bedroom and living area, big veranda. The noise of the waves will be with you all day and night. Here you are complete away from the rather big tourist crowds which visit daily storms river mouth. And did I mention the sunset? The only negative point: window shutters. They never seem to...

The location remains lovely and is still worth a visit. However, the Wooden Chalets at this facility are a bit basic & are getting a little tired. Checking in took an age with only one person on duty. Also please be careful of the Baboons as the invade your chalet if you leave anything open in the day.
