We were on honeymoon and emailed ahead to ask for a good view. We arrived at ridiculous o'clock in the morning and we were driven up the hill to our room. Our view was an olive tree! We couldn't see anything but the tree. It was beautiful but not what we were expecting. We had to wait 2 days for...

Dear Beverly, Almost six months after your holidays here you decided to write at Tripadvisor and say anything but the truth, so I will take some time to answer you. First of all, do not complain to us about the "ridiculous o' clock" time of your arrival, it was not our fault that you chose a flight with arrival time...

We stayed for a week at the Bali Beach. Our room was actually a room for 4 people, 2 double beds, and although it was quite large for just the two of us, it was not the room they promise you. It had a street view (not the great pool you see in every picture), the furniture was very old,...

After reading previous reviews we were slightly worried about our visit but i guess there is no pleasing some people? Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel for the money we paid. Yes it's not a 5 star hotel but a good value one! Rooms-we started off in a village room the got upgraded to a poolside one on the main...

We came off the street and took two rooms on bed and breakfast basis. Were offered in the village but after the climb found outdated rooms in need of freshening up if not repairs. Took overlooking the pool. The room had a fridge which worked but didnt cool anything and hot water shower which was at best lukewarm. The view...

Dear Guest, Your problem was the many stairs of village part, but this is mentioned at Tour Operators descriptions and you were aware of that, so you shouldn't complain. In any case the price difference in the price with beach part is so small that you shouldn't take that risk since you are at that age. The luggage were not...

Stayed here with my family in August for 2 weeks, food was so bad from the second day we made the decision to eat out every meal, even the travel rep agreed that the food was poor & we were not the first to tell her, she even said, and I quote " this hotel has not fully embraced the...

Dear Mark, I would like to know which travel rep was that, although i am suspecting one, in order to report her to her travel agent. If "this hotel has not fully embraced the idea of all inclusive" then her travel agent wouldn't have marked us as "All Inclusive Hotel", but she probably tried to be good with you in...
