Very good stay in this hotel ideally located in a quiet village in a small village near Mulhouse. We were able to travel very easily to the different Christmas markets thanks to the location of this establishment. The stay was very good, we took advantage of the hotel facilities, we particularly appreciated the breakfasts as well as the restaurant room.

We booked for one night, a stopover on our trip to Italy. The receptionist was friendly and professional. We got the key to our room across the road. When we entered the room, it looked fine but there was a bad smell in the room. We didn't bring the luggage into the room but went back to the recption and told the receptionist about the smell. She immediately gave us a room in the main building which was perfect. We went out for dinner to a restaurant but that had closed due to Covid. So we came back to our hotel and had our dinner there. Even though we had not reserved we got seated straight away. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and the food was much better than we expected. Altogether a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed one night to visit the area. The hotel is ideally located outside the city quietly with free parking spaces. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was redone recently. The fridge in the rooms is very convenient. The relaxation area is free and very nice with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was complete and very good local produce.

Returning from a trip to Alsace, we chose this hotel as our last stop.
Staff who pay little attention to customers, especially foreigners, and hotel services and rooms not in line with their category.
Little transparency on the services included in the cost of the room at the time of booking, as they asked us €5 each for the rental of slippers and bathrobe which were already included at the time of booking. The small spa, with the indoor pool cold and too crowded, especially due to the presence of children who continued to dive in and make noises.
Another sore point is the room: poorly soundproofed by the adjacent rooms, the floor cannot be reached by lift but only via a steep and narrow staircase in the last stretch.
The breakfast buffet was a little sacrificed in space and not in line with the requested cost.
In the evening it can be difficult to find parking.

Our waitress was really friendly and efficient and the starter was lovely.
The problems began when we received our main course. It was cold. We had both ordered the steak medium with chips. I always make a habit of cutting my steak in half, firstly to check how it has been cooked secondly if it gets sent back to ensure it is not reheated and sent out again.
It came back really quickly and was smothered in oil and low and behold was the same piece of meat and by now overcooked.
I sent it back again with the chips and sauce to be recooked.
It came out again cooked well. I had by now finished my wine and had to order another one to have with my meal. The wine measures were very different between glasses.
This is advertised as Michelin star however they served a gin and tonic with no ice or lemon and had paper napkins! Very poor show.
If I had had a choice of restaurants I would not have gone here. However after an 8 hour drive to get here was not prepared to drive further.

Very disappointing.
Bad reception upon arrival at reception: speaks to us without even looking at us. Disappointing room also no attention no water in the room, no soaps in the showers of the relaxation area
Restaurant 2h30 to eat a dish with accompaniment that arrives 30 min after the meat after 3 claims and when it finally happens it is cold

The hotel has two buildings on either side of the road.
To enjoy the spa, while you are staying in the annex building, you will have to cross the road, either in a bathrobe (with a little humor it passes but good...) or in street clothes. The very clean spa is really not practical to change as there is no locker or locker closed. No clock in the spa so plan accordingly. Just magic massage...(thank you Karine!)
The restaurant is very good but a little expensive for the service, we had a very clean but cramped room as well as the bathroom, with smells of upwelling sewers to the limit of bearable. This faded with the arrival of the other residents and the opening of the windows
Hotel located in a very quiet village, you have to take the car to find a restaurant.
Possibility to park outside.
The staff is very welcoming.

Disappointed. Small room in a building opposite the rest, very soft bedding, you shouldn't look under the bed and the icing on the cake, disgusting toilet brush...It makes you want to shower next to it!!!!!
Tiny spa, you have to change in a glass cabin which does not close and whose handle is...a hole in the glass. Practical for peace of mind!!!
No lockers that close, 8 deck chairs for the whole hotel, squatted by...simply towels because people keep them for themselves.
Good meal although the restaurant is extremely noisy but at the end of the service, the waitress counts the cash on the napkins and cutlery of a set table! Not very hygienic...
Very generous breakfast.
In short, expensive for what it is!!

It is a real shame to write this review. We had made a reservation in advance in anticipation of a nice evening and were unfortunately disappointed.
The service was very friendly and gave us advice in German.
We had chosen the €39 menu: The snails as a starter were OK, but you can't go wrong with that.
The main course was strips of fried pork flambéed in whiskey. These were simply brought to the table; with a flambéed dish I expect that the bottle of alcohol (whiskey) is shown and then flambéed at the table and not in the kitchen with something else.
The dessert was a crème brûlée, the worst I have eaten in 20 years in France (I didn't finish it).
The cream has to be loose and actually "burned" shortly before serving. It tasted as if it had been in the kitchen like that for a whole day and had the consistency of concrete just before hardening.
In summary, we have to say that the quality of the food does not match the range and the prices. Maybe we are being too demanding, because the restaurant was very busy. I would not recommend the restaurant to demanding guests.
