Went on a trip with my friends and extended family. - Expect people to speak in German or Russian and get annoyed if you attempt to speak in English. I had two men from the reception get annoyed at myself and my friends when asking for help - Room has no kettle - No wifi in rooms - Food is...

We have just returned from a very pleasant 2 week all inclusive stay here. I am glad we went all inclusive because if you are not already aware, going out in Crete is'nt particularly cheap. The food at the hotel is great, a massive choice of really good quality food, beautifully cooked and presented. The all inclusive beer and wine...

Travel time: June 2016 Location: there is no other hotels next to the hotel. It's not pros or cons but just a status. On the left - abandoned hotel (former Alexandr III), where a white horse lives. The owner brought her to bathe in the sea. From the hotel to the right - 1 km to Kavros village, where are...

We had a room on the third floor with beautiful views out over the sea. The room was spacious and clean. You would not want an inside, ground floor room. Lovely selection of food as we were 'all inclusive' . The barbecue night was particularly good with an incredible selection of meat and salads. All the staff were so helpful...

We stayed in the Hydramis Palace from August 24th through September 4th 2016. We had booked All Inclusive. Due to flight delays we arrived very late August 24th / early August 25th, we were given a temporary room which was very basic and as a first impression was bad, the hotel had provided food which was in the fridge along...

We stayed there at the peek of summer season and we were satisfied from the facilities and the staff. All are very friendly and want to help although sometimes they looked very tired. If there is a minus to this hotel it is the beach front that is not accessible easily and small details in the rooms and in the...

The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout. The rooms are spacious, well equipped (with flat screen tv, individually controlled aircon, fridge, hairdryer, safe, etc.), have comfortable mattresses and cleaned every day. The food is excellent quality and themed nights provide plenty of variety with freshly 'cooked4u' options available. House wines were all very nice and sometimes on offer. The staff are...
