Essential service not provided. Told it would be available soon but still cold when I left at 08:00. Don't stay in this tired hotel in need of major refurbishment & double glazing would be good as very noisy in the room at night.
I've stayed here a couple of times now after going to the horse races, really like the quaintness of the hotel and it is always clean & tidy. Rooms are clean & beds comfy. The staff are always helpful & polite.

We really don't think that this hotel is suitable for anyone with mobility problems - we could be wrong - we were very happy with our room but it was only accessed by stairs as most seemed to be! Access from car park was quite steep and uneven.We think that there must be an alternative venue near by more suitable - check with Tourists Information? Colin
