Very well managed hotel with excellent staff attitude from top to bottom.Staff has been trained very well to exceed guest satisfaction.Location of the hotel is excellent.Ample space for parking.Away from mall on Rohtang manali highway so you don’t have to go to main manali to reach this hotel.Special recognition to Mr.Kuldeep Surmall for his professional attitude,very helpful.I will definitely come back to this hotel and also recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Location is beautiful but having a good location doesn’t mean anything if facilities are not up to the mark .it has many problems like staff is slow , internet doesn’t work , rooms are not so great not as shown in the pictures .. food is horrible, tasteless and bland. So in short Manali has many other better options. Will not recommend this property.

the resort is situated at beautiful location. The staff is so polite and humble. we felt like we are at our home. Prem thakur has wonderful nature. we are very thankful to gagan thakur and sunil thakur also. we had enjoyed a lot at this resort. this resort was the best part of our trip.

Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Manali. It is situated at a very nice location in Manali and the view from the hotel and the hotel its self is awesome. The staff are very approachable and very helpful. a loud shout out and a big hug to the staff who were doing the night shift on 19th May 2022 not only we were welcomed at the wee hours but Ranjeet kept constantly checking on our whereabouts as we reached the hotel at 12:30am we were checked it and were served hot food along with roti's by Tej and Rajendra Kumar who was doing the night shift really appreciate their kind help as we were 8 adults and 2 children and they took care of all our needs at that time of the hour. would also appreciate Sunil Thankur , Kuldeep , Prem Thakur and Srishti who looked after us specifically during our stay. Would like to really thank the staff of Allure Grand for making our stay so memorable and amazing in Manali. will definitely visit you guys again till then cheers and keep up the good work :-)…

The hotel is very nice. Situated a bit away from mall road. The ambience good and the rooms are very spacious. Food is also very good . Food manager Mr Sunil thakur and Shabnam with all staff are very helpfull in every possible way. Must say it is worth staying.

The property has some awesome amenities to offer like valley view spacious rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. The best part is hotel is on Beas river Bank side. Food is just awsm. Preferably for Jain tourists like us. Staff is very cooperative. Very good live music during dinner on every alternate days.
