Nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were in a group of 24 persons; dinner was too basic/barely acceptable. Maybe as an individual guest you may choose better food. Nice and clean and modern room. Unfortunately no relaxing chairs on the varanda of the room 28 km from the centre of Rome takes 2 hours. In...

We recently stayed here with a tour group of students, and the tour company probably uses this spot because it's large, remote so the kids couldn't wander off and cause a ruckus, and secured at night for their safety. The highlight was the spacious courtyard, where everyone hung out at night after dinner. The rooms were clean and nice enough,...

My initial impression was that this was a very nice hotel. However, we soon discovered that they try to nickel and dime you for everything. The front desk staff told us that if we lost a key, it would cost us 50 Euros. We asked for more towels, and after giving us some grief, they eventually gave them to us....

On the plus side: Great views, some staff friendly, clean rooms. On the negative side: Bad location (nothing nearby except houses) and the wifi does not work. Worse, they will charge a fortune for the wifi code and when you tell them it does not work they will refuse a refund. For the record, it was the wifi, not just...

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Stayed 2 years ago and it was not good but now even worse. Hotel with tour buses with large groups of students and tourists stopping every day. Rooms are old and very old fashion with a small tv that reminds you the 80s. wifi is not free and does not worlk well....

This hotel has a nice location but that's all the good I can say about it. I stayed here 4 nights and the very first night I caught a cockroach in the bathroom. Complained at reception the next morning (reply: "OK we will kill it") but it was still there (under a plastic cup) in the evening so I had...

I found this hotel to be nice and it had gorgeous views. Rooms were clean. Had to pay for wifi and then it really didn't work, so skip that. I thought they did a fine job accommodating us. (student trip, 49 persons) I am guessing this hotel is inexpensive since I was there on a student trip, but I slept...

Typical tour bus hotel for large groups. Ours was a 2 bus 65+ group that the hotel handled in stride. There were also 3 other groups one of our nights there but the hotel was certainly adequate for our purposes. Beds were comfortable, room was clean & the air conditioner worked.

This is a tour bus hotel. When you arrive there, expect 5-7 tour busses parked in front of it. The front desk welcomes you with a sign saying, "it is forbidden to wash any laundry in the sink. You will be fined if you do so." Then you walk to the elevator where another sign says, "If you overload the...

The hotel is clean but the service is appalling at the restaurant. The room's AC control is not user-friendly at all and you have to call reception for them to adjust it. The juice they sell to you is just disappointing. What you get when you order a glass of juice is half of it and the price for it...
