This place has real character. Roomy, comfortable and clean. Despite being on a main road it was quiet. The hosts made us feel really welcome as did the three labradors. The spacious, cozy lounge room with heaps of information about the area was a bonus. Breakfast was great, particularly the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. You just need to be...

I was recommended this B&B for a recent wedding in glendalough and I'll definitely be back - wonderful home from home. We love Ireland anyway and have many friends there. Lovely, warm welcome from the owners. Room and en-suite were immaculate and very comfortable. Excellant breakfast and plenty of it! Owners had lots of local knowledge of this beautiful area....

We stayed at Bracken B&B for one night as a base for exploring Glendalough and the Wicklow mountains. The location is great, the place is cute, but our room was VERY tiny!! (Even by European standards). There was barely enough room to walk around the (small--I think it was a double size, definitely not queen) bed. The bathroom was even...

My Partner and I booked this B&B as it had been advised to us by friend who had visited Ireland the previous year, with promises of clean, cheerful, comfortable rooms and fantastic owners all set in the picturesque Wicklow Mountains how could we resist! We were certainly not disappointed! The double ensuite room was spacious and tidy. Jim and Judy...

I stay at this bed and breakfast time and time again because I have tried others in the area and this one is always the best. I enjoy the Wicklow mountains national park for mountain biking and hiking, you will not get a better base than this B&B! You can cycle down the road and within 200 meters you are...

My husband and I went to Ireland for our belated honeymoon. On our way through the Wicklow Mountains, we stayed at the Bracken B & B. While the location was very nice, the home was clean, and our host quite pleasant, our room was extremely tiny! The mattress on the bed was very thin and of poor quality, although the...

Stayed here the first night of my recent trip to Ireland. Wonderful hosts, delicious breakfast, quiet and clean rooms with comfortable beds-- couldn't ask for more! Just a few minutes drive from Glendalough, very reasonable price.

This outstanding B&B is fantastic value! Very friendly welcome. Well appointed and immaculate bedrooms. Lovely sitting room. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal (which we had to book in advance) was classic home cooking. All in all could not fault.
