The hotel is nice, you can see the pictures. But the staff is exceptional. I had called for a late check-in, the receptionist was very friendly, I had a very warm welcome, she helped me look for train connections and asked me if I would like a lunch bas as I had to leave early in the morning. And when... More

I was expecting for "beach" hotel.... I have found heavy brown brick in the city centre... Lets be precise it is not far from the water but it is rather due to Hard topography... Hotel is centralised in town. I had spacious room with a huge window from room and bathroom directly to the school located next to... The bathroom... More

The hotel was modern and clean with parking. It was a short stroll from Lake Constance and the picturesque town of Hard I loved it The breakfast was good with plenty of choice even champagne ! The en suite was very trendy with glass panelling we hung towels for a bit more privacy !

Had a 2 night stay here on a business trip, looks a bit like an office block from the outside but a very nice, clean and modern hotel on the inside. Rooms are spacious with a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast is good and varied but no restaurant for lunch or dinner, however there is a nice restaurant next door. Ideal... More

Very nice rooms. Staff is super friendly and they speak very good English. This is the best place to stay in Hard (but can be difficult to get reservations). Also, you must try the breakfast! Has everything you could imagine and more. All very good.

An unusual location but very convenient for the Bregenz Festival: lovely big rooms but somehow missing certain elements - plug socket next to the bed to charge phone at night; mirrors in wring places, not enough storage shelving in the bathroom, or towel rails, BUT great breakfasts, garage space, and great service

I stayed here a couple of times while visiting ALPLA. Hotel is very modern and comfortable. Most external walls are glass, so you can see everything even from the shower, so I hope is not the same if you are outside. Breakfast is excellent and people that works there are very welcoming, to the point that will shake hands with... More

This hotel gives the impression of being run by eager- beaver interns. They all want to shake your hand on arrival and we were given a conducted tour and explanation of how the room worked! They fell over themselves to be helpful. The rooms have clearly been refurbed and this was an issue for us. The bathroom was a frosted... More

We stayed at this relatively new hotel in order to be able to attend the Bregenz summer festival with its spectacular operas on the lake stage. The town of Hard is only a few minutes from Bregenz by car or public transportation. The hotel really impressed us with its clean, modern lines in the interior decoration, it's perfect mattresses (not... More

Stayed one night for business trip with ALPLA. Functional and modern hotel and room, very comfortable too. Breakfast of high quality. Check you know where the light switches are before going to sleep, they are cunningly disguised buttons even on the unit in the bathroom! Had great evening meal in adjacent gasthaus.
