This is not a hotel I would stay at for an extended period unless you were spending all day out and about. However, since we were travelling through Sydney airport and live out of town we just needed somewhere to crash pre and post holiday....More

Didn't like stepping up to the toilet and shower. The shower extractor fan had no cover on it, so we could see big clumps of dust in this dark opening in the shower wall - yuck! Lovely helpful staff though. No shutlles to the airport...More

The hotel is 10-15 mins drive from the Sydney airport. As we reached Sydney a bit late in the evening, we booked this hotel for a night before heading to the city the next morning. Apart from a KFC and McDonalds close to the hotel,...More

Thank you for sharing your feedback BaluKP. Kind Regards, Roya Teodoro
The customer service is good, the location is good close to the public transport. The bedroom and bathroom are very small like a caravan. The toilette stinks of urine. No shampoo and no blow-dryer. Very noisy.

I agree with the previous poster -- I was quoted $15 for a one way transfer on the shuttle. I imagine that rate goes down for more people but I haven't verified that. Compared to the shuttle, an Uber or taxi might not more expensive. I'm also not sure how flexible the shuttle would be - I think I was being quoted service at hourly intervals when i wanted to travel from the hotel to the airport. It really didn't suit.
The hotel did recommend a shuttle (sorry that I cannot remember which one), so I would call them for the number and then call the shuttle about the arrangements at the airport, the costs etc. Then you'll know.
You can also get quotes from various websites estimating the cost of Uber or a taxi.
There are plenty of shuttle services that will take you to the hotel, but the ones I looked at were more expensive than the one recommended by the hotel.
I ended up using two public transport buses to get to the airport from the hotel. It involved a walk at Rockdale station, was OK and in my case cost me all of $2.50 (concession rate). If you take buses, you avoid paying the airport tax that the state government is so fond of slugging travellers with at the airport railway stations.
