We stayed for three nights and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff in a magical place. Our room was spacious, well decorated cave and very clean. Nice atmosphere and cozy beds. The staff was very nice and helpful. The balloon ride is a must. Would recommend this hotel anytime!! A gem!!

I thought I was prepared for the Gamirasu, after reading the reviews here and checking out the hotel's website. But nothing really prepares you for the reality of the location, for the incongruity of living in a cave and yet enjoying a glass of wine and wi-fi on the Terrace. Sure, there are other cave hotels around - we saw... More

My mum & I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights & didn't want to leave. We looked at each other on arrival & couldn't believe the amazing place we were in. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Gamirasu, Hamide (the GM) and the rest of the staff. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Hermide and her staff made us feel if we had reunited with old friends. I have to agree with another reviewer that nothing was too much trouble - from Hermide making recommendations before we... More

I was in Gamirasu Cave Hotel, last week with for a Vacation. The hotel was not only able to meet our high expectations, it exceeded them. We had booked one of their 'Cave Rooms' and Hamide (their GM) went the extra distance to provide us with a personalized itinerary that showcased Cappadocia best. The hotel and even the vegetarian food... More

A real experience in a small Turkish village...you could stay in a bigger town but I would recommend charming Ayvalli for a true rural experience. The hotel is well run, efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable but can get a little cold. The restaurant serves great food..loved the wines, breads, kebabs and Turkish omelette.the swimming pool just... More

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom room in this beautiful hotel, and the experience was out of this world. The team at the hotel, led by Hamide, are outstanding - and nothing is too much trouble. They were on hand to help make the stay feel like we were just staying at a local families home! And what a... More

This hotel is different from any other hotel I have ever seen in the world. We had a large cave suite and the experience was great. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very cozy. Breakfast had several options to choose from. Staff is perfect. One day, we had to leave the hotel at 5.00 am for a hot air... More

Hidden at the bottom at a road too narrow to get a bus down, this hotel was like finding Aladdin's cave. Great setting, helpful people. The hotel has remodeled some caves and extended the facilities to fit in the unusual environment. All mod cons. Wi-Fi is available, a small enticing pool beckons and breakfast is had in the open under... More
