Nice budget hotel to stay at Digha with the family. Excellent service and good behaviour of all the staff. They maintain cleanliness properly. Food is also delicious and at reasonable price. Will surly choose it at our next Digha visit.
When ever I go to digha I prefer to stay in Shantiniketan..reasons are - 1.budget friendly 2.clean and tidy 3.staffs are well mannered 4.only 400 meter from sea beach 5.foods are delicious and also budget friendly. 6.feel like home.. Only con is- they don't give special discount for regular visitor like me..😂.. 5out of 5 stars
1. Room/bed/bathroom are clean 2. Room services are good 3 food quality is good compare with price 4. The maintai your privacy ( if you are not in room then they will not clean or enter your room with out ur presents.
Lack of coordination, Mismanagement, and behaviour of the manager is very unprofessional. Specially the guy Apurbo jana. His way of talking shows his illeteracy.Management should think twice to appoint such a useless guy in hotel industry. Me and my wife faced harrasment at midnight because we reached their hotel at 4 a.m. and that was our crime.(as we informed them previously we can reach by 5a.m) but asper their rules check in time is 10.30a.m that's why after giving more than hundred phone calls no one show any interest to receive us. Such a big hotel but there was no waiting room. Incredible. Otherwise budget hotel, good food inside and walking distance from beach.
Rooms were good enough for a budget accommodation! We were a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed our stay there! Location is good. (5min walking distance from new digha sea beach). 4 out of 5 Foods were tasty except for one day, when we didn’t liked the food. Value for money.3.5 out of 5 Rooms were neat and cozy. 4 out of 5. Hospitality of the hotel staff was warm enough to make us feel at home. Staff behaviour 4 out of 5 Overall, if you are looking for a value for money budget accommodation at New Digha , this would be the one I would recommend.
