I think this hotel is the best located hotel in entire Digha. It is veyr very near to sea. We stayed from teh first weekend of September. Weather was excellent with mix of rain and cloud. Our rooms was nice. At 980 inr they are giving ac room which is pretty cheap. I don't expect a luxury room @980. Room was decent with ac, tv, free breakfast, comfortable bathroom. Hotel boys were very friendly and polite. The hotel have a restaurant and food is good but not excellent Pros: location, cheap rooms, free brakfast, proper ac Cons: little shabby room with less airy. When you are visiting with family better opt for rooms which are little higher rate

No need to go outside , if you get sea facing room in this hotel. Enjoy the sea ,sitting in the balcony . The complimentary breakfast is awesome, which has added a good value. The room rents are also very reasonable considering the location of the hotel.

Last month, on a sudden urge to be alone with nature, I went to our good old Digha along with a friend. We stayed in Hotel Blue View in Digha. We booked the hotel rooms from Dey's Publishing near College Street, Kolkata. They own the hotel. As per their suggestion took sea two facing suites on the first floor. It was a very wise decision. It was so close to the sea that if if sit at the varanda, surf from the waves will drench you. The rooms were quite OK and so was the toilets. They serve good and yammi food either at their basement restaurant or at the room. Tastes are quite good. For old people like me, there is a capsule lift. This hotel is quite old(I remember staying there fifteen years back) and in terms of proximity to the sea and convenience, is was the best hotel in

The location of the hotel is its USP. The sea facing rooms on the second floor with balcony offers the best sea view in Digha. Since it is located at the very middle of the happening zone , people looking for solitude might find it a little too noisy / crowded. Service is good and prompt. They do housekeeping every day and change bed linens and towel. People who are a little nit picky about spotless cleaning are advised to carry their own towels. Soap and Shampoo is also provided but its best to carry your own. Also the toilet shower in my room ( 29 ) was pathetic with respect to water pressure. The complementary tea in the morning is a big let down. Hot water , milk and sugar is provided along with a single tea bag for each individual. Even if you order from the restaurant

After nearly one year again i am in this hotel now and writing this review. For the last couple of years, it's come to my notice that the quality of maintenance and service has been deteriorating day by day. After my first stay in 1999, i have stayed here more than 10 times and noticed this changes. Still i am choosing this hotel only of the location of the hotel and nothing else. Just has finished the morning tea and notice that the cup and plates are so shabby looking that it seems those have been using since a decade! The looks of the table in balcony is so ugly that we generally discard this table in home but the hotel management is still using this and may continue many years. Actually mort of the hotel in digha don't know and don't want to know a simple word CUSTOMER
