The continuing vision, which still holds strong, is to treat guests to a cozy, relaxing environment to soothe the mind and rejuvenate the senses. Not well maintained. Good view of sea from some rooms. Room rent starting from 900 to 1500 for budget accommodation. Some rooms have sea view. Staff behaviour is average. This hotel is for who want to live a day with sea.

The Hotel is situated in one of the best location of Digha in closest sea proximity. It has been a family visit but we are totally disappointed. The hotel lacks in basic hygiene and the condition of restaurant is horrible. There is absence of professionalism and rooms are shabbily maintained.

I think all the staffs are not paid by the management, literally each and every room service boy, house-keeping and sweeper knock at your door to ask for tips, if you don't pay they use abusive languages and service is also not provided. The front office person is of no help, restaurant person is very rude. Several requests have come from many guests but no action has been taken by management. The quality and quantity of food is very bad in accordance to the price. Please try to avoid the hotel.

I use to visit this Hotel for last 20 years and have a soft corner for this hotel. Recently I stayed at family suit No.287 costing Rs.12272/- for two nights. Usually, when we visit any Hotel, the serving people expects some tips, which we know and also try to make them happy on our leaving, which we think quite natural but it made us astonished on arrival to find the rooms are dirty, even the water flasks are empty and we had to make it habitable by paying tips forthwith. The room service did not respond even for asking for water. Previously, there was an Aquaguard near the room for self service, which we heard out of order for long time. At the time of leaving, we paid tips to the concerned service men and sweepers but soon after that, another group demanded tips, on the ground

I stayed during last week of Jul 2019 and booked 3 Double Bed rooms from the email id present in website. It costed 1500 + 12% GST for each room. It is the oldest hotel in Digha. We were allotted AC non sea facing rooms (248,249,250). Check in was smooth. Rooms are big and well maintained but appears to be bit old , lacks some of the basic facilities like geyser. Bed sheet appears be clean but old enough to be replaced. Window AC was fitted which was leaking from outside and have no remote. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staffs were well behaved. Room service and housekeeping were good. Best part of the hotel is the food quality at a reasonable rate. We tried from Bengali to Chinese dishes all were equally tasty. They have big garden at the backside. Backside exit is just on the
