The staff were really co-operating. We started late from Lucknow and reached Mukteshwar passed midnight. The resort owner -Sonali Ma'am herself was calling and keeping location track of us the entire journey till we reached the location. That's very welcoming. They made sure we were well fed and had hot running water with our rooms well heated when we reached late at night. One can really guess the hospitality level from here.
In short, it was a sweet escapade to the hills with such caring and co-operating staff. Highly recommend the resort to travelers who are looking for safe, hygienic, cosy stay in Mukteshwar, with a splendid view of the mighty Himalayas.

After lockdown we planned a trip to Mukteshwar and stayed at Trinetra Orchards. We are grateful to Miss. Jyoti for handling our stay .
The property is so beautiful and natural that all and our rooms had a wonderful 180 deg view
In morning we saw the best sunrise as gold had been sprinkled Along with the best himalayan view.
Ours rooms were done and sanitised before we reached
The staff was following all protections rules with us
We were tested for thermal scanning and hands sanitised too

We enjoyed veg and non Veg Indian and Chinese dishes
The choices of vegetables was basic as they said all is not coming up from plains still , our preferneces and choices for dining were well taken care of by the chef. Have already started planning another trip during the winters. Highly recommended.

We travelled to Mukteshwar for the 1st time after almost 6 months of staying at home. We were looking for a place which is away from common tourist place and will ensure all safety features. Trinetra Orchards did not disappoint us. The rooms were sanitized in front of us every single day, the staff were courteous and always wore masks. There were sanitizers everywhere across the resort. The food spread was good and the dishes were very tasty. Wishing to go back soon.

During 2 nd oct long weekend me and my friends went to mukteshwar to celebrate our birthdays we had in our homes in lockdown
The property gave us a bonfire and even arranged cake for us which we collectively cut .
The property is particular that the guest groups don’t intermix thgh some guests also came to wish us
It was like heavenly to be out of Delhi in a such a fresh air space
The property is simple but nice some and very pretty
Most of it is all natural and eco friendly
The food was amazing especially the butter paneer and dum aloo
Even we enjoyed variety of chicken
They serving food in disposables , some guests fussed about it but I feel that’s fine as nothing goes bac into the kitchen area and all left overs are burnt . It’s precautionary during this time for everyone to be safe
We enjoyed our stay there saw the sunrise sunset enjoyed the forest trekk and the waterfall
Wow it was actually amazing
We look fwd to visit it again in snow

I booked this place thinking of nothing I wasn't able to decide which place to pick. And I randomly choose trinetra.. Plus points to visit this place if you go to mukteshwar and choose a hotel it's so crowded and the roads are not good it's a one way and major issue is parking.. On the other hand this place is near by mukteshwar and it's more beautiful and less polluted.. Better parking breathtaking views less stress and it's a budget stay. It's not the big things impress you it's the small little things that makes a difference I got a wassup msg from the property host as I wasn't available on the calls I felt so touched the msg did not even have the information for check in Itenarly or food it has got all the important information needed i felt so touched.. Who bothers if you visit a place all they want is your money.. It's the service that made me write this review the staff was so humble and considering I felt as if I was visiting my mom's place the food was served with love and the chef 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳 would come and ask you if you like the food or you need anything extra.. They arranged a beautiful bonfire and you need not to go anywhere you can watch a sunrise and sunset from your room the food was so delicious😋😋😋 overall it was a good stay.. If you are reading this please don't even think about a second option just make the right decision. 😇😇

The location is very convenient and away from the typical crowded and commercial spaces at Mukteshwar. We found this beautifully designed accommodation and nest-like coziness, the panoramic views right from our balconies providing an impressive spectacle of the snow capped mountains and clear skies. They took real good care of us and actually went out of their way to make us comfortable! Loved it here and will be back soon!

The property is located almost 35 KM from Mukteshwar city, and unless you have your own conveyance, sightseeing may turn out to be quite expensive whenever cabs have to be booked on a need basis. This is because of the distance of this place from the city centre.

If you come in your own transport, parking within the premises could pose a problem because there is space for only one vehicle to be parked there. The alternative of parking outside the property may not appeal to every one.

Even though we were the only guests during our stay, the rooms had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. There were cobwebs inside the rooms and we also found some insects roaming inside.

The food at the restaurant was quite ordinary yet expensive even though the menu was appealing.

On the positive side, we found the 3 staff members to be extremely courteous and supportive. Their warm and positive attitude did a lot to compensate for our negative impression of this place.

I would like to also mention that prior to our arrival we had obtained the contact of a cab owner- cum-driver from Sonali Ma'am (the owner of the property). This person was highly recommended by her. This individual (by name Puran Singh) was courteous and we found him to be a very safe driver. However, on arrival at Kathgodam Railway Station on the day of our departure, he asked for an additional Rs. 1000/- over and above the contracted price on one pretext or the other. We found such a behavior to be obnoxious, and we would, therefore, suggest that if the services of Puran Singh are availed of by anyone, the terms should be agreed upon in advance, and evidence thereof retained through text messages so as not to fall prey to his antics as was our experience. Sonali Ma'am may also like to advise Puran appropriately as the reputation of her property is also linked to her recommendations regarding various services which her guests could avail of, such as that of a taxi / driver.

Overall, we had chosen Trinetra Orchards based on many good reviews, but we were quite disppointed by our experience.

Through a reliable reference, we discovered this quaint resort tucked away in Uttarakhand hills in the Kumaon range. Trinetra Orchards at Motiapathar provided us the break that we needed, as young at heart senior citizens.
Very comfortable stay, extremely well behaved and hospitable staff, a Chef who is ever willing to serve you the best of mouth watering meals at the scenic dining hall or outdoors.
Our stay of five nights were especially supervised by Sonali, the accommodative enterprising owner-hostess, who shuttles between the mountains and our capital city.

Strongly recommend for people who love nature and discover the surrounding areas, trek through the forest, drive down to the villages dotted along the well maintained roads at Motiapathar, interact with the friendly locals and see their stepped farms, touch the green leaves and their hearts.

Or, simply do nothing. Sit outside in the orchard, view the magical weather changes while sipping steaming hot cup of tea ( and don't forget to ask the Chef for Kumaoni Pakoras).

Best wishes

Accompanied by family, I was at Trinetra Orchards in Sept last week. Location of the Resort is excellent with matching hospitality. Cordial welcome, delicious meals, including local ones, courteous staff, nature view etc, will obviously make anyone's trip to this Resort a memorable one. Resort staff ensures that all pandemic-related safeguards are taken. This is an experience which cannot be described in words.
We are grateful for them reminding us to keep our masks on thgh the fresh air was tempting

It was one of the most important and amazing experience of my life, just what I needed post lockdown, a safe friendly environment where I just get lost in the arms of nature and stars, it is in such a remote location where there's no traffic or noise, it's just very peaceful and relaxing. For the first time I went for a workation, and the people I've met have become family. Love the place, can't wait to visit again.
