Excellent location with a beautiful view. The property has lovely collection of plants. We had a very comfortable stay. Staff is hospitable and they look after all the needs with enthusiasm. Food is good and they are happy to give many options. Especially enjoyed the barbecue.

Spent a couple of days at Deepak's family home converted to a Homestay with my son. It was a very peaceful stay with he Mighty Himalayas up close, the cottages very comfortable and well equipped, a very hospitable host and the Kumaoni cuisine. Their Herbal Pakoras with Herbal tea on a rainy evening to beat the chill was truly cherished. Looking forward to many more visits in the future. Perfect place to unwind and reboot again.

Beautiful and well maintained cottage. We had memorable sunrise and senset views from the cottage and nearby area. Food too was very delicious. We had memorable stay. Very serene and peaceful location.

On the recommendation of our friends, we decided to visit Madhuvan cottage one evening. The place is beautiful, quaint and has a large outdoor area, with mesmerising views of the Himalayan mountains and stunning views of the sunset. We spent a lovely evening chatting up Mr. Bisht, the owner, who regaled us with tales of the mountains and his life and enjoyed his sumptuous Palak pakoras and herbal tea. All the while looking ,as the sun slowly set in front of us. An enchanted evening indeed!

It's really a beautiful cottage with cordial and cooperative staff as well.one can see an awesome view of himalaya , badrinath and kedarnath mountain peaks.local oraganic veg served in breakfast, lunch and dinner is very tasteful.

If you want to spend quality time with your family in the lap of nature, this is the place to be .It has an awesome weather, mesmerizing view of the mountains and sunset.Their food is as good as home cooked.Must try their herb pakoras and herbal tea.Their host, Mr.Deepak Bisht is a soft spoken person .

Place has a simple but relaxed air about it . Owner himself takes care of your stay and facilities . Place needs renovation but still it is a good place to stay , food was very good , view of sunrise and sunset is also very good .

Being a nature lover and a sports freak, vacations for me mean being at a place where I can be close to mountains in all their exoticness.This place is the ultimate holiday destination. Waking up to fresh air, going for trekking and coming back to be served simple yet tasteful and healthy cusine....this is it.. I'd recommend this place full on!!!!

We ( 3 family ) stayed in Madhuvan Cottages for 2 nights. Madhuvan cottage is really a great experience because of two major reason. 1. Live with Nature - Madhuvan cottage are very near of nature. Most of the things are recycled from waste material. Rooms are good. Best location for sunset view. Organic food along with herbal tea and herbal pakoras. 2. Great Hospitality - Deepak and team are great host. They never say no to anything. Deepak always ready for any support. His hospitality made our trip memorable.
