Hi, so it was a last minute booking and we called the property directly for the booking which was a success and better rates received compared to any mmt app. Stay - we stayed in a duplex accomodation, which was perfect. Clean and cosy room, clean sheets and towels. Everything was neat and tidy Room service and hospitality - just perfect, very quick action these guys took. So we did go through water supply issue which got resolved right away. Very soft spoken and helpful staff, and helpful. It was Vimal and Himanshu who took complete responsibility ensuring our stay went excellent. Thank you guys! Food - Just amazing, to the level that they would go above and beyond from the existing menu to cater to customer needs. Food was just too too good. While we couldn't meet the chef personally but he did a wonderful job. Bhuvan is the waiter, any instructions given is fully met while preparing food.…

Good service and beautiful place food is very good and testy. All staff very good and helpful. Room service provided by the Mr subham was excellent. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view of Himalayas. Got room as per our choice. Overall good experience

Such a nice experience we have in Himalayas by The Lake Hill. Staff was soo humble. Food was delicious. Everyone their is soo humble. Location of the hotel is very nice, away from city. Highly recommended

One of the best resort we've visited till now. As we are frequent travellers so we had visited many hill homestays and hotels, but this was one of the best. Staff is really very courteous. Restaurant guys Shubham and Bhuwan are very sweet. Thank you all team for providing such a wonderful experience.......

when I was spent my weekend. in Himalayas by hill Lake hotel So I was feel very enjoy and my first day morning with a spent very beautiful nature and very greenery place.. And hotel is literally excellent the food was delicious and staff is very helpful, behaviour and cooperative...so i was fully enjoyed my weekend and i will never forget my this moment and i will give the 5 star Ratings of this hotel
