Trekking expedition

Had been planning to visit this place for some time and finally could make it this weekend. An adventurous trip different from the usual vacation stuff and this place undoubtedly turned out to be the perfect getaway. There surrounded by enthralling mountains from all sides was our camp site, a mesmerising view straight out of a movie. At the camp, The tents provided were clean, comfortable and airy and the washrooms quite maintained, considering the rough terrain. Food was quite homely and good. The activities conducted were adventurous and the staff conducting it highly skilled and cooperative, and in fact they made it a lot more fun. The evening bonfire around the camp was the best part and we had one of the best time there. Special mention needs to be made of the service provided and our heartiest thanks to Jeevan sir (Camp Incharge), he actually hung out with us, and made the trip even more interesting. The entire staff in fact was so helpful and friendly that we had no inconvenience whatsoever and enjoyed the whole time. The place is awesome and ideal . Hope to visit again very soon..!!!…

Unforgettable memories

I went with 5 of my friends for a graduation trip. We wanted to escape the horrible heat of Delhi and through our grandfather learned of Camp Sunkiya. We ate their nutritious and wholesome food cooked everyday fresh just for us. The activities we did at camp sunkiya were terrifying but exhilarating and the people were the most sweet and welcoming, this making the trip even more memorable. The hosts Jeevan and Harish were extremely sweet and accommodating to all our needs. We became friends with the other members of the camp and that made all our long treks and adventures even more fun! They encouraged those of us who were scared and they joined in on cracking jokes with us as well! It was a memorable time and I have no complaints. The beds were not the most luxurious but it added to the camping spirit I had in mind! The scenery I woke up to every morning was a breathtaking view of mountains and the stars were worth staring at all night! The bugs and flies are annoying but friendly and you get used to them, and also they add to the camping experience without compromising on hygiene! Lovely adventures and memories created with lively people of camp sunkiya. I highly recommend it for those people looking to get an affordable vacation with beautiful views and adventurous activities!…

Best Experience

Great camp. Lovely bit of peace and quiet away from the cities. Stayed in a large rooms but tents looked lovely too. Clean. Lovely gardens and best scenery for relaxing - Brilliant staff. Great food for all meals - lots of different choices and really tasty! Decent prices for food. And best adventure activity experience
