Average Hotel 3 star property Hospitality lacking, staff is also not very helpful and professional.. Empathy missing . Room Service is also poor you need to remind them multiple times.. Food is also ok...not very good.. Recommended only for short stays..
Great Service, Staff, food, room, Facilities at the hotel were great! Peacefull ambiance, nice decorations at the reception and cobid rules and regulations were followed. Safety measures were in place. The staff was humble and helpful
A Nice place for business meet and get together. Food is good and place is very well connected to Delhi. We enjoyed business meeting and nice food with many business partner of Delhi NCR. Will recommend to all multi brand distributor to have such meet in future
I was out on work and wanted to stay in this property all due to the Radisson tag. Am a Radisson member so I checked on the App. It showed available and offered a member price. Thrice it crashed at the time of payment. I called the hotel for reservation. They offered me a price which was 50% more than the price offered on the app without taxes. I had to agree. At the hotel reception I complained why the price was much higher than the one quoted on the app. The staffer was nice enough to add a meal to our package Inside the room. None of the plug sockets worked. The lone table lamp didn’t work. The electrical staffer had to pry open each plug with a screw driver and declare three of them non functional. The two bedside lights didn’t work. After half hour the replacement lamp turned dark again. I borrowed one from the colleagues room. There was no iron or hair dryer although the room details on the app include both There were no hand towels and no tissue or hand lotion I had to ask for everything that a business traveller needs The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. The buffet meal in the restaurant was not worth talking about. There was just one mutton dish. I the open kitchen a chicken dish was being prepared but the chef said no there is none when asked The sofa upholstery was really dirty. The curtains were washed some time ago. One realises that the pandemic hit the hospitality sector badly. One does make concessions. But the hotel manaGement and staff need to not forget the basics. They should ensure that customers don’t feel like not to return to a property. And Radisson group needs to realise it’s their name which is going down the drain…
Having stayed in the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Merut, I can say without a doubt that it was amongst the worst hotels I have visited. Our room can only be described as an un-hygienic and broken down mess. The first thing I noticed was that the carpets were unclean and sheets had not been thoroughly washed. While the staff changed the sheets late at night, they did not offer to change our room. BOTH coffee cups were broken and unstable. The walls and ceilings were full of cracks and stains. Worst of all, there was a large hole right about the pot in the toilet in the ceiling that could have been a privacy violation. While the staff could have done more to accommodate us, a room of this condition should not have been allotted to anyone in the first place. I am shocked and disgusted that Radisson would attach their brand name to this hotel.…
It is very good hotel with perfect restaurant. Dinner and breakfast, typical Indian food. Good location near shopping mall with many shops and restaurants include Europe style restaurants. People on reception very helpful. Thank you Mahipal for helping me
Have been visiting them for the past 4 years. The place has maintained a certain standard. Due to the recent covid restrictions, looks like they have cut down on some basics but I am sure they will get those back. Rooms are comfortable, and the food is delicious. Both dinner and breakfast had sufficient spread. A satisfying stay!
Decoration was good...staters was nice but main course was not soo good...but the suit room was soo good but the lighting in room is not appropriate for photos...and the staff was good...but overall it's a good experience and I enjoyed it.
We have booked the hotel for a function of small gathering. Me and my family was very happy with services provided to us and the ambience of hotel was very excellent. Our dinner was arranged. Every guest complimented us about food and Arrangement. The food was very delectable. Value for money experience. I would love to revisit the hotel again.
This hotel is spoiling the brand name of radisson as their staff is not at all cooperative..They dont even reply back to customers and AC OF THIS HOTEL IS WORST THAN A COOLER..IT DORS NOT WORK AT ALL..And best part is even if you complain the staff will not address it
