Hi visited recently fir a night stay . Courteous reception people . Good housekeeping . They even gave free dormitory to my driver n wen he didn't like it , then offered free blanket for d nite . Room was small but sufficient fir two . Comes with tea machine , a fridge , a wardrobe , etc . Liked d wooden pavement n tidy bed linen . Well carpeted gallery . Mind u , they had atleast 3 different functions going on but we couldn't hearcany noise in our room . No parking inside though Plz check my pics attached .

Great place....great service. Food is awesome, both taste-wise and quality-wise, from snacks we love chinese sizzler and main course dal makhani was too good and pan mojito drink so freshening... We were highly satisfied with the staff...too courteous and well mannered. Overall we had a perfect dinner.

Had a lot of Chicken items as I visited the restaurant as a part of a crew. Liked chicken ceasar salad and chicken cream soup. Biryani was fine, mutton Rara was also average. Not the best of food.
The hotel is beautiful and has all the necessary facilities. The staff is humble and the service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and have ample amount of toiletries.

Indecent, uneducated, rude and probably dangerous staff who does not even communicate with each other to cater the guests. Poor management skills showed by the hotel manager and the reporting desk as well. Special mention to Hyder Ali, an inhuman, vulgar and chauvinistic person whom any guest who goes to the hotel should avoid at all cost.

Stayed here for couple of days to attend a family wedding. Rooms and amenities are very good and new as the hotel is only about 2 year old.
One thing which really stand out here is the staff and management, who are always eager to help you.
Food is excellent. I cannot remember the name of Chef but he deserve kudos.

I visited the restaurant with my family for dinner and to my utter dismay rancid food was served. It was promptly replaced when highlighted but I was appalled to see that there was no semblance of accountability or ownership by the manager in charge and no contact points of escalation were shared even after a lot of insistence. Won't recommend to eat here unless you want to jeopardize your health. The management should take note and assume responsibility to ensure that stricter quality controls are put in place to eliminate such health hazards.

I got the chance to stay in hotel for 2 nights on 23 and 24th Oct 2018 with my family , although I have travelled and stayed extensively across the world , but I found this hotel in meerut to be of perfect play for stay with good rooms and and staff ie very helpful . The kitchen is good and highly recommend to try their chinese food .

Stayed at this hotel overnight for a meeting in Meerut.
Check in was smooth and the staff was helpful.
The rooms were small but clean. The airconditioning was good. On the whole the sleep was comfortable. Internet was free.
The weakest link in small town hotels is the cleanliness of the bathroom which in this particular case was without flaw.
Next day morning there was a reasonable breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Internet was free but slow.
