Hi visited recently fir a night stay . Courteous reception people . Good housekeeping . They even gave free dormitory to my driver n wen he didn't like it , then offered free blanket for d nite . Room was small but sufficient fir two . Comes with tea machine , a fridge , a wardrobe , etc . Liked d wooden pavement n tidy bed linen . Well carpeted gallery . Mind u , they had atleast 3 different functions going on but we couldn't hearcany noise in our room . No parking inside though Plz check my pics attached .

Indecent, uneducated, rude and probably dangerous staff who does not even communicate with each other to cater the guests. Poor management skills showed by the hotel manager and the reporting desk as well. Special mention to Hyder Ali, an inhuman, vulgar and chauvinistic person whom any guest who goes to the hotel should avoid at all cost.

My stay at Broadway Inn Meerut, was one of the worst experiences of my life.Firstly we met an ill mannered Reception clerk Sh. Hyder Ali while checking in at the Hotel.He turned out to be arrogant,rude, impolite and a huge liar too.He almost ordered me that you have only to sign in the check in register, rest entries he will do to which I opined that at least I should mention today's date and write my name in the register ; to which he objected very indecently and rudely saying you have no say in this and have to do as told.When I told him to connect me to your management, he phoned but narrated an untrue version and did not allow me to talk.When my wife intervened he spoke impolitely and arrogantly to her too.What A shame ! Such a bully at the reception ! We had booked a suite for two days but were disappointed to see that the suite was very dimly lit with a very small washroom and with no outside view from anywhere and hence very gloomy in feel. The Hotel itself is right opposite a Big Hospital which makes one tense and uncomfortable with the ambulances coming & going. In between the stay, the washroom ran out of water, the door opening card ( key) got deactivated again & again.Adding to the woes was the WiFi which turned to be too weak and useless.We had visited in Corona times but found that the reception staff was not wearing masks to which I also raised objection.The Housekeeping staff were not caring as well and didnot replace the used soap.shower gel etc. in washroom on the second day and gave just two nos. half litre water bottles against the triple occupancy per day.I for one wouldnot recommend the Hotel to any one.…

Food is just fine. Had a lot of Chicken items as I visited the restaurant as a part of a crew. Liked chicken ceasar salad and chicken cream soup. Biryani was fine, mutton Rara was also average. Not the best of food. The hotel is beautiful and has all the necessary facilities. The staff is humble and the service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and have ample amount of toiletries.

Stayed here for couple of days to attend a family wedding. Rooms and amenities are very good and new as the hotel is only about 2 year old. One thing which really stand out here is the staff and management, who are always eager to help you. Food is excellent. I cannot remember the name of Chef but he deserve kudos.

The hotel Broadway inn is a real gem! The view from the beautiful, marbled reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The front office staff and throughout the all department staff very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to meerut. Thank you hotel Broadway inn for making our stay so special.😊😊

A very well run hotel providing everything required for a pleasant stay. I lived here for over two weeks on business and never got fed up of the food, it’s outstanding. Staff are very attentive to all your needs They make you feel very at home and nothing is too much trouble. I will be returning many times for work and I have requested that I may stay at the same hotel again. I’m looking forward to checking in very soon. They also even gave me a lovely presentation when I left. So lovely and beyond the call of duty. Very professionally run, clean and comfortable.

I came meerut with my family for attending a family function. We booked 2 rooms in Broadway in August. The environment of broadway was very Good .Staff was very helpful. food was also good in Rivoli restaurant. every thing was mind blowing. very nice stay in that hotel.

Beautiful 2 night stay with my family.. Staff was very helpful. Property is beautiful. We are for a wedding ceremony. Banquet service was very nice. The chef was very talented and the food, even simple food, done superbly well.
