They are best in and near the church, 5-star stay, I have stayed at various places in velankanni on previous visits. But none makes you feel relaxed like the Sri Gnana Vedha Beach Residency, Clean and hygienic rooms and toilets, I stayed 3days at the Executive Sea View, we were 3 adults and 2 children. Extremely satisfied, we took 3 rooms, the staffs were very polite and well mannered, One of the nice places to stay with family…

First things First. For the money spent it's great value. It's NOT meant to be a luxury hotel but one to provide living space for pilgrims coming to Velankanni. All the hotels at Velankanni primarily cater to this specific need. By it's location, room cleanliness, friendly efficient front desk it stands out far better than many in the area. I have stayed in four different hotels before but this hotel I will book again. There are some negatives too. First, accessibility! You may have problems entering or leaving if you are coming during peak hours. Second, parking is a problem . Third there is no dinner provided by the hotel. They do give a sumptuous breakfast.

We celebrated Christmas in Vellankani. Also with the help of Gnana Vedha Beach Resort staff took photos with garland inside the Hotel room on our 40th Wedding Anniversary on 28th December 2019. I'm also grateful to David who helped us in the hiring of vehicle for pick up and drop to Chennai Airport. God bless you all abundantly. We keep visiting Vailanlanni quite often, this time it was an ultimate experience because of the stay we opted. Hastle free booking, very helpful front desk, room service was amazing and everything else was great except food which can be better. We booked a Club Delux and a 3 bedded room, both were in a pristine condition. We had a pleasant stay at Sri Gnana Vedha. The location of the hotel is a plus, it is in between the Church which is around 150m and the Beach which is less than 400m. I recommend, blindly go for it.

A perfect place to stay in Velankanni for those who come to visit the Velankanni Church.It is located so close to the Main Church. It also offers a safe Car Parking Area, Tasty Foods. The staffs are really Courteous as well as friendly.

This is the coolest and safest place. It is close to the main church as well as the beach. The staff are polite and helpful. If you're a solo traveler and working from anywhere, connectivity and WIFI is important, this place had it all. Recommending my family and friends and of course I am coming next time! See you :)

We have been staying at this place a few times and have always received the best service. I would regard Sri Gnana Vedha as one of the best places to stay at in Vailankani. Its so close to the church, beach and restaurants. The front desk staff and the room service is extremely good. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff always gave us the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious too.

This is my second visit to sri Gnana Vedha beach Residency at velankanni and we loved it as usual. Everything about this hotel is good, Staff, Service and the Rooms.Anyone can call and block the rooms prior visiting the place as Velankanni is crowded always. But, The parking is the worst experience. It took 40 minutes to get my car out of parking after Check out.

Stay at the Hotel was comfortable. Rooms were big. Breakfast and Lunch was good too. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The reason for giving 3 stars and not 4 is that they dont have Dinner served in the hotel and you have to go out. Since we were very tired and didnt want to go out, they arranged for food from outside, but food was not packed well and they have very basic crockery and cutlery in the hotel to serve in the room. This was disappointing. The Hotel location is good...right next to the Church and to the Beach too....

I stayed in this hotel during first week of October. Very close to church and nice and clean room. Good staff behaviour. Really I must thank Mr.David who supported me throughout the stay. They also arranged cab to drop me back to nagappattinam. Only thing is that they can provide complementary food and price revision must be recommended after covid
