I stayed here with my wife and a daughter for 3 nights during peak season of pongal holidays from 15th to 18th Jan. 2021. To be honest I had no idea about this property until i checked in this resort. Initially I was planning to stay only for 2 nights as the property is about 9 kms before Mahabalipuram town/sightseeing places just on the main road towards Mahabalipuram from Chennai. The property is deep inside from the main road hence had no clue as to how it looks like but despite great demand due to long weekend I was lucky to get a room which I had a look before I checked in. I must thank Ms. Geetha, a receptionist who helped me in providing the room. After staying there I realised that it is a huge property landwise as it should be spread several acres with lots of greenary and there is a lot of open space inside with a huge car park and walkable area, cricket ground, indoor games like table tennis and carrom and also has a swimming pool and kids play area and private beach access on the back side. The resort is well maintained clean, the room service was really good and I must make a special menation about one Mr. Rajesh who attends the call was very particular in satisfying our requirements on all aspects since his coordination was so well that I doubt whether we can get such a patient/understanding service even in a Star hotel or resort and all the staff there including housekeeping were kind and courteous. The food quality is very good and the service in the restaurant is also good and there is wide choice of food in the buffet breakfast. The most advantageous being it is less crowded, very calm and quiet environment and lot of space around and not cramped like other resorts and to be precise only 1/10th of the land area is the building and the rest 9/10 is open space. I would really suggest this resort if you are planning to stay either with friends or family has a vehicle willing to stay away from the town which is just 9 kms away (10 mins drive) and looking for a leisure stay in a peaceful environment this would be the right choice. If you are a person with not too much of expectations and looking for a 2/3 star category budget resort this would be the appropriate place even for elderly people and it is really an ideal resort for all ages as compared to others.

It is located 10 kms north (just 15 mins drive) of Mahaballipuram bus stop/shore temple on the east side of ECR itself. So if you want to spend good time outside the hustle and bustle of the main city however would like to have quick access for anything utgent this is a perfect place to stay. The only small drawback of this place is to get public transport like auto/ola/uber. So best is to go with your own mode of transport (car/bike etc). Lets talk about the positives which is what I have mostly to say. Big clean rooms, sanitized restaurant, staffs following all protocols of wearing masks, sanitization, temp monitoring. Two major thumbs up for: The private beach access (2 mins walk through a beautiful paved and decorated road within the garden) and the amount of free/green space to roam around. It looks and feels like a RESORT in all possible senses. There is a kids park where my daughter spent a lot of time, and she managed to gather some shells from the private beach as well. Neat and clean, very well maintained. Had a great time.

finally we opted for Landmark Pallava. The same gesture continued with a good response over whatsapp, call etc., We wanted to finalize and finalized it.. Till the last minute we were little perplexed like how the rooms are going to be, maintenance etc, mainly food.. With COVID across , that was also bother much... however we went ahead for the weekend vacation, and found was one of the most best experience with the price we paid. Posh, pretty ample spacious property with spacious rooms .. Sea view room allocated for us.. Though not much crowded because of COVID, we were actually enjoying beach access, with rains in between... Amongst this, we had sumptous, tasty food based on our request. Due to COVID swimming pool access is blocked, else that could have been much more fun. Nevertheless this trip was so memorable with all needs met as per our request mainly for food, hospitality,. Positives Hospitality Big Property, to walk around, spend time in Beach Food - Tasty to the best Cleanliness in Rooms Peaceful environment with SaiBaba temple in adjacent compound. We arrived at the time and day scheduled by a reservation made at least 15 days before through our local agency. They tell us they have reserved us a room in the new wing ... instead they take us to another hotel, Joe Beach, one kilometer away. They take us to a room on the ground floor with a view on a farmyard full of geese instead of the booked one "delux sea view". They respond to our protests before having had a overbooking problem, given the number of pilgrims in this period, then the excuse referred to our agency for having had electrical system problems. After almost an hour they find us a room, which for them is the best, dirty, run-down furniture, vero bad wifi, stained sheets, with only one towel and in the whole hotel it is impossible to find a hairdryer. Take a look at the photos. Not to mention the watchdog he barked continuously until 3 in the morning when I got up to protest the guardian. The 2 restaurants reported are actually closed. To forget!

Enjoyed our weekend in the Landmark Pallava beach Resort with their Kind hospitality service.The Ambience of the resort is perfect for a vacation and day out trips both with friends and family.The taste of food, especially the Sea food dishes are mouth-watering with a wide range of Cuisines. This resort is very good for family trips as they have everything needed as facilities for a vacation stay. We were there for three nights and everything went good. Beach and swimming pools are well mantained and safe. Rooms are clean and surroundings outside can be better.
Great support FROM Sasi who booked our stay and took care of everything from that onwards. He is an allrounder to answer and help you with anything needed. Everyone working in resort has great attitude towards guests. Security, boys who serve in rooms and restaurants, all of them will make sure you are served to the best.
Rajesh in restaurant is a very good professional who takes care of serving you. Thank you for all food items you provided us.
Over all very good for family trips and breaks. Enjoy peace, swimming and beach 😀😀😀.contact Sasi and Ram for all bookings. I recommend you to try this resort.

We had a memorable stay at Landmark Pallava resort. Thanks to Mr Sasiharan for making all the arrangements for our stay of 31 people. Sea view spacious clean rooms with a great view from the large windows. They even provided us with extra single bed in the rooms apart from the double bed. Children had a great time at the swings in children play area. Both indoor games & outdoor games area provided a great variety for bonding among both adults & children. Swimming pool was clean & well maintained & separate kids pool was also there. The beach access site was also clean. We had high tea in the lawn enjoying the sea breeze. They have beautifully maintained lawn with a pavement going upto the beach access area. Food was superb- both vegetarian & non vegetarian dishes were tasty. Thanks to Mr Rajesh who personally took care of food for our group & got changes made as per our request. After a feedback by few of group members on a non veg dish, next meal onwards Chef even contacted us to taste the spice level in dish & asked our feedback. All the following meals were superb taste both vegetarian & non vegetarian dishes. Room service was good & prompt. Staff were very courteous. They also have a spacious hall where we had our private family function. Thanks to all the staff for our memorable stay. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY- memorable resort experience!

We booked Pallava for 3 nights, overall it was very comfortable stay. Kids loved it, and we extended it for 1 more day requesting front desk(Ram), they were very helpful in accomodating 1 more day stay even during Christmas peak period.. Esei and Santosh from cleaning team were best, their daily cleaning was as good as we were entering in a new room. Govind and Ravi from Room service team helped with great food, few items like tawa fish was ok, but others like roti, sabji, daal were very good. We all loved this stay, will recommend it to all, and will come again.

This the best beach resort that we have stayed in till date...very well organised and maintained. And the best part is that there is lot of space for every individual and family (not crowded and cramped like many beach resorts), even when all the rooms are occupied.
The food and service are good.
One minus that I found is that the junior staff at the hotel are not properly trained to interface with guests...we faced some unprofessional approach on this account during our stay.
Overall, we had an excellent stay.
