I would like to start with good points. The location is pleasant, and is ideal if you are looking for relaxation. You can visit tea plantations which are adjacent to the property. Make a note that tourist attractions are far from the location. Coming to the negatives which spoiled my special day. 1) We asked for candle light dinner with a cake for my son's birthday. At 8 pm someone knocked the door and asked for room keys to setup a candle light in the room itself. Surprising to see that they were planning to arrange a candle light within room. 2) We were expecting some call beforehand to discuss menu. To our surprise, food was already prepared and we were told that it's chef's choice of menu. Yes it was limited food which was already prepared. 3) The lady at the reception who was supposed to coordinate never appeared and the hotel manager did not help. He repeatedly insisted food is already prepared and that's it. I insisted that I want to talk to the owner of the property, but he refused. 4) Some construction work was going in restaurant and it was closed. The constitution work near the room disturbed us next day. If any construction is going on and if restaurant is closed, pls stop accepting reservations or put it as a disclaimer beforehand. If you're planning a stay just to relax, better look out for other options....…

Peaceful place with green natural surrounding. Tasty and hygienic food at reasonable price. Staff behavior was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Overall experience was very good. Those who want to visit kotagiri just for relaxation, GREEN NEST is perfect place.

It was a beautiful stay.. the property is far away from the hustling bustling town. Calm environment. Amazing food.. the staffs were very friendly. The view from our room was wonderful. Only drawback was that the bathroom was stinking and we informed about it as well. Apart from that we had a wonderful experience at Green neat resort

We spent lot of time planning for this trip and went with all the reviews by previous guests. We got what we saw in the portal and what other guests mentioned about the resort, service, staff and ambience. We got a nice cab for site seeing. Mr. Sreenath took us to the places very safely and shared lot of details about the areas, people, culture, etc. It was like a guided Ooty/Kotagiri tour. My kids got enough things to do in the resort. Keep it up Team Green Nest and we'll be back very soon.

Stayed only for 1 day and feels like money waste as price is high and facility provided is not upto the mark. -Very bad and slow Service over all -Bad Bathrooms -Bad Towels provided ( smelling/used) -Room Service is very bad and slow ( 1 hour minimum, even for tea) -Internet Service is like worst service -No one is ready to take responsibility. - The Lady at reception is helpful but rest all the staff is useless. I will recommend to avoid this place and find better options at better price.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We truly value the opinions of our customers and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations.” -We operate restaurant on pre order basis.. You had ordered for Dal kichadi and were served on time. Our service staff requested to order other main course along with the dal item but the order was not placed. Later when you tried to place the order you were notified that food will be delivered in 45 mins and you agreed to it. And as promised the item was served. -Bathrooms are very spaciously appointed and there was no complaint at the time of check in and also during the stay. -Fresh linens were kept in the room and if you had any issues you would have immediately informed us. But there was no issue at all. -Internet service worked fine and there was no disconnection in the line. All other guests did not face any issue. -During your check out you had informed the front office only about the delay in food service and nothing else. And our receptionist communicated to you clearly that food needs to be pre ordered in order to help us serve you better. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you and we are eager to create a positive experience for you.

Not Recommended for Families stay . Highly overpriced I booked a cottage room for which they charged me rs 14700 for night . No Fan , No room heater , No hot water in wash rooms . Ok for the hill station fan or Ac won’t be required. But at for this rate they should provide hot water in wash rooms .

Dear Traveler, We once again bring to your kind notice that we received your booking from a 3rd party agent for 6 people. In which, the child age you had falsely mentioned was 5yrs. But during check-in we came to know the child is above 8yrs and as per child policy, extra charge was raised. The room provided did have all the facility mentioned namely fan, refrigerator, room heater with hot water geyser facility in working condition. Although being a hill station we are not required to have a AC in the rooms. Thank You for sharing your feedback.

Best Ever stay. Place was surrounded by mountains and lush greenery. Plenty of options available within the resort. It's a must visit place if you want to spend some quality time from City hustle. Kudos to the staff as they were very helpful starting from check-in to check-out.

With the experience we had there. It is too expensive for the service they provide. Food is expensive, breakfast spread is very less. Not much in the property if you like to chill there... The roof of the balcony was leaking. The water from the heater was leaking. The helpdesk won't be available after a certain point of time and morning after 6 only they are available. Pros: Inside the property it's full of greenery with flowers...
