It was an Amazing stay, hotel was well maintained with an breath taking view. Staff here was the best I have ever seen the were so polite and courteous, cheers to all of them which made our stay more memorable. And the food here is lip smacking if I happen to visit Pelling again will surely stay here. Special thanks to Shubhankar and Yusuf they were the best..Thank you

It was a really enjoyable stay at Sikkim Tourist centre. Hotel facilities and amenities are perfect. All of the hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. We booked a suite and it was very spacious with separate living space and we'll maintained furniture.

Our stay in Sikkim Tourist Centre was excellent. From the time of check in till check out, we were assisted by the very courteous and welcoming staff, especially Pritam in the reception and Chandrika and Aniket in the restaurant. The room was comfortable, with clean sheets and fluffy pillows on the bed, comfy sofas and well maintained and hygienic bathroom. The view from the room through the wide windows was magnificent and we were able to catch a glimpse of the majestic Kanchenjunga once the clouds parted. Food was good and the restaurant and room service was prompt. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would stay here again.

Good Hotel, Good Location, Good Food and Good People for taking care of us. Pritam at the reception was most kind and helpful all throughout. Food quality was also very impressive. Stay was comfortable and so was the room with excellant view of the range.

Best hotel in Pelling. Location is prime. Fantastic view from the rooms. Delicious food. We visited the hotel in June. We got the room on discounted price and rooms have 4 star hotel facilities. Would like to visit here again

Room was spacious, bed was near and clean with fluffiest pillow, view was awesome from my window,staff is very very courteous and professional but...butt food they offered was not upto the mark and also they have very limited items to eat ,so it's my humble request to work upon this as anybody and everybody loves good food. Decent stay at Pelling...Breakfast options can be increased. Bapi, Pritam and the staff was helpful and took good care . pelling is beautiful and if you want to stay away from the rush and buzz of tourists, pelling is good option.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Although the hotel is 5 storied, there is no lift which is troublesome for older people. Food was a bit bland but the guys in the restaurant Aniket and Chandrika, and Pritam at the reception were extremely helpful and courteous and took very good care of us. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Guys for making our stay memorable
