this hotel is located just near the taxi stand in pelling. it is very centrally located and has many restaurants and shops nearby. the mountain view rooms in first floors are very nice and provides a direct view of kanchenjunga. staff are very courteous and friendly . food is very nice and nearly home made style. rates are affordable.

Booked in this hotel after seeing lot of positive reviews, but my experience is bitter. They made a false commitment for which I was forced to spend extra bucks. Secondly the rooms were not as per the picture shown, i would say below average standard. But surprisingly the charges were premium, and need to mention the rude behavior from few of the stuffs. You may found better option nearby.

Thankyou for your feedback sir but i need to clear few things regarding your review.Sir first of all we have three category of room. Standard room- Deluxe mountain view room Super deluxe mountainview room. You had booked standard room which is a budget room.we dont charge much for the room and since the facilities provided in the room is minimum.If you had booked super deluxe or deluxe then iam sure you would have different opinion regarding my hotel..You told that u were made to pay extra.I need to know what did u paid for since i cannot see any bills under your name.plz dont mind sir but this is the first ever bad review which i have got after i started running this hotel since september 2017.

It's not a 3 star property, it doesn't have the best of the amenities but still I gave it a 5 star. This is because of only one man, Rohan who made the entire stay amazing with always a smile on his face. The rooms are clean with all the amenities that makes the stay comfortable though the television has very few channels .But who goes to pelling to watch TV. The location is just amazing, very conveniently located near to everything you need. Kudos to the young team of staff who was ever ready to help. Rohan also helped with the full tour planning along with a very good car service. Thanks team Green valley pelling.

The staff were very welcoming and took great care of us.we never felt like a guest in the hotel.the view from the room was mesmerizing...the staff the owner of the hotel Mr Rohan was very polite and helpful...over all I had an amazing stay at hotel Green valley..

My stay was jus awesome..i did not book the hotel before hand since i wanted to enter pelling as a walk in guest.. since the hotel looked good from the outside so i went and checked the rooms before checkin...as expected the rooms were lovely..esp the super deluxe mountain view room-203 204 and 404..the staff were very polite and helpful and the service was too good.the food was freshly cooked and served..The view from the room was too good to be true..overall i had a wonderful stay at Hotel Green Valley..i would highly recommend other guest to stay in hotel green valley..Thankyou for everything..i will definately stay in the same hotel if i happen to visit pelling again..

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in a good location for accessing local places of interest. The staff were able suggest places to visit. The room was comfortable and there was a good restaurant in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay as there was always someone there to help you.

Too good service in terms of hospitality,co operation ,warm behaviour ,relaxing rooms with mind blowing mountain & snow peak view... Perfect location wise ,too co operating in crisis situations. Can plan for the entire trip along with booking of cars.

Wonderful experience while spending vacation and staying in Green Valley, gave worth to my trip. Great hospitality, nice location, gentle devoted staff, with all facilities which a person can expect in a hotel for peaceful stay at a destination like Pelling. Mr Rohan and his associates gave us a nice and pleasant stay with their friendly, helpful and generous behaviour for which they definitely deserve an excellent rating.
