We had an excellent stay there in Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling, Sikkim. All Staff members were courteous and very helpful. Rooms had an amazing Kanchenjunga Mountain range view, you can also see the glowing mountains after sunrise right from the hotel balcony. Food was very tasty, if you want any alterations done in the printed food, they did that too for us. Would really like to stay there again whenever we go next. Location is great, just in the middle of the Pelling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists going there. Its like a home away from home.

The hotel staff led by Mr.Sarwan is were very efficient and looked after us very well. Food was good too. Hotel room was very cosy and comfortable. Location of the hotel was bang on the road and hence didn’t have to walk uphill which is very common in hill station. Kudos to Mr.Sarwan and team.

I stayed on dated 16.09.24. This hotel is in hygienic condition: and room service is very poor, bedsheet and comforter is very dirty, and basic phone is in dead condition: None of the hotel staff was available in dress. Cheated by showing 3 stars, even the floors were dirty.

The view of Kanchenjunga from the room is breathtaking. It's wonderful over here , courteous staff , very welcoming, yummy food served hot . one should stay here during ur Pelling visit and enjoy the view of Kanchenjunga...

Excellent hospitality by the manager Mr. Pintu and his team during our stay at Rufina palm bless .food was incomparable, rooms were very clean. Since we were not from sikkim, an authentic dish was asked to include in the meals. Which was provided without any complaint by the chef . overall amazing stay and the experience during our stay .thank you all the staff of hotel Palm bliss

Hi this is very good hotel with very beautiful view. We visited 25 March 2022. Please take room with balcony which gives you awesome view. Note: only minus point is daily electricity will go around 7 :15AM so you need to be ready before that otherwise no hot water.

Over all experience is great. View of Mt Kanchenjunga was great. Rooms and ambiance more than acceptable. This Hotel is in middle Pelling. Regarding foods in AP plan you have to demand for special menu other wise Mr Pintu Sinha will manage low cost foods.

The stay was Excellent. The hotel is situated at a lovely location.from this hotel kanchenjunga view is mesmerising. Hotel staff was very polite and humble.. hotel room was very spacious.
