We have stayed there in the month of August, one of the best hotels in Pelling worth staying , located in upper Pelling, well facilitated with transportation service from airport drop to palling and ravangla tour. We simply loved everything about crassula specious room, breath-taking view of Kanchenjunga (if sky is clear). we were not so so lucky see Kanchenjunga this time. Very professional staff, super nice breakfast buffet.

Beautiful place, overwhelming , completely satisfying, view point was amazing from balcony, friendly staffs , good service, morning view was amazing , view of Kanchenjunga mountain from balcony early morning at 5.30 mesmerised us… overall beautiful experience

A view point from where one enjoys the sunrise and sunset... The Helipad. Sitting atop the Helipad is this quaint hotel from the mountain facing rooms you get 180 degrees view of Sunrise, Sunset and the magnificent mountain ranges, the Sleeping Buddha and the crown of them all Mt. Kanchendzonga. Absolutely stunning. This property should be chosen only because of its View from Bed and nothing else.

This was my first visit to Pelling and this choosing this hotel was the best decision in the trip planning. The hotel's prime location beside the New Helipad in Upper Pelling provides some spectacular views of the surrounding scenary and ofcourse the views of Kanchenjunga. We had a room below and lobby, and were a bit skeptical about that, but man the views from the balcony!!! Amazing!! The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, the breakfast buffet is decent but can be better. The dinner buffet was great. Overall a fulfilling experience. When I revisit Pelling, I would be staying here again and I would suggest the same to anyone reading this and planning for a trip there.

Hotel location is nice rooms and toilet clean But the hotel staff are very cheap and egoist Manager have some sense that how to treat guest We just asked them for only one tomato and onion extra they denied our request Don’t eat the food there very limited items and tasteless Many other option available in pelling so don’t go for it

Came pelling after lockdown for solo trip and hotel crasulla allowed me to stay where all hotel services denied.. Friendly service and awesome view point from balcony. Love the service and housekeeping service as well.

Fantastic location, the best in pelling. Right opposite to helipad, at the top of the hill. Fantastic food, fantastic room, especially the balcony. Loved the staff. Thank you deepak ji for wonderful stay

The rooms are good, the location is excellent, the food was okay.. the only issue we had was that it was extremely cold and they turned off power supply to save generated fuel from midnight to 5:30am. Had a hard time falling asleep in the cold.. They provided room heaters at additional charge of 300 per night but that was useless since the power was tuned off the whole time. Worse.. there was no-one at reception to help or answer or explain throughout the night. Using my mobile phone torch I went up and down the floors looking for someone to help but could not find anyone. At 5:30 in the morning finally saw the office manager who then went downstairs and turned on the power. For a hotel at a hill station in winters.. this was a bad experience. Once again, the location and the room are excellent though.…
