Cons: Location: Far from main market. No shops/market nearby. Rooms: No sound proofing in rooms, one can hear all lobby noise in the room. Very difficult to sleep. Staff: Inexperienced staff. No refills in the buffet after first round of items were over. Spa not functional. Pros: New hotel, spacious rooms
Lovely warm welcoming hotel with great staff. From the moment we entered the hotel we felt the warmth and great hospitality of the staff. Lovely decor. Rooms ok. Restaurant very nice and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Akriti went way out to make our stay pleasant and always smiling. Nice cake brought to our table for our anniversary. Only improvement needed is WiFi could be better, hairdryer in room and wet room should have way to stop water going everywhere. Also spa would have been nice. Thanks all and best wishes.
I stayed in this hotel from 25 Apr to 26 Apr with family. I had very good experience and I took good memories from here. I found very polite, humble and cooperative workforce. I was amazing to watch Golden Kanchenjunga from there in the morning.
I loved it . Akriti, chiran, budharaj all very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Had put up in 202 superb view nice food and location about 3km from market my family lived the stay. Keep up the good work

I have visited Udaan Hotels - Olive Hotels & Spa with family. It was 2 nights 3 days stay. Being a pure veg family, we were a bit skeptical about the food availability and quality, but we were simply blown away by the food. It was delicious and very tasty. The best thing was that the restaurant was pure vegetarian. The entire staff was very helpful, warm, polite and extremely welcoming. Especially the staff at reception ( sorry, I don't remember their names) and one staff in particular, Ms Akangcha Rai was very helpful, always available and friendly. In Hospitality this hotel deserves more than more than 5 stars. Oh, and we also had the most spectacular view of a part of Kanchenjunga Range from our balcony. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The only problem we faced was during checkout when there was no mode of online payment. I hope the Hotels upgrade their payment mode. Overall, We absolutely loved the stay, people, food, hotel & Pelling. Hope to visit this place again in nearby future and will recommend this hotel to family and friends as well. The stay at hotel was good. The view from room was awesome. The food and the staff are very cooperative. Good service by ms.akangcha Rai and her team. Cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfull staff of the guest was just beyond the mark.Overall it was the brilliant and a memorable stay in udaan olive hotel.

I stayed there for 2 nights, It was an amazing experience, Clean room as well as bathroom. All the staff members were very polite and helpful, Specially in the restaurant - Ms.Akriti who was very supportive and understood my food preferences as I prefer Jain food. She had good experience and every time She was ready to help us with a huge smile on her face.
