Situated at a comfortable location. When we reached it was raining heavily and the generator was down for one whole day but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was average. Plus point was the view from the hotel, which was absolutely mesmerising. In all, a good experience.

We stayed for a night at Pelling on our journey to Darjeeling with family. Our room was highly spacious maintained kept neat and tidy though it looked old. Food (breakfast and dinner) was tasty and the service was very good. Television facility with all regional channels add to the hotels management success but the reception quality is bad. Seeing the bad reviews, we did not even care to book this hotel though it was being suggested by many travel agents. We had booked hotel Dubdi in Upper Pelling but due to a landslide there was a pipeline burst in Upper Pelling and we were shifted to this hotel. This hotel has pretty big rooms to accommodate 4-5 persons... More

It is a neat and clean hotel. Rooms are spacious with good view. Hotel staff is cooperative. It has a pure veg restaurant and food is of acceptable quality. The hotel is in lower pelling, which is better than upper pelling. Upper pelling is relatively deserted.
