We stayed at The Jain Group Lachung Continental for 2 nights, we had booked it via the travel agent as travelling to Lachung needs permits and we get it only through travel agents. The hotel is situated behind an amazing mountain and the view is great. The google map location isn't correct so we had to call Mr. Bakshi(manager) to get the right direction to the hotel. We arrived late evening and the staff along with the manager Mr. Bakshi gave us a warm welcome. Since we had a long and tiring journey we requested for some hot tea which the staff served us without any issue even though they were busy to get the dinner ready. The hotel was full due to the holiday season and unfortunately we got the room on the 5th floor as there is no lifts in this hotel, but no regrets as the view of the giant mountains from the window was just great. We were served all 3 meals here as per the package and the food here is very tasty and homely. Infact we returned from Zero point pretty late the next day and still we were served hot lunch and the staff were at our service until we finished. Mr. Bakshi and his staff are very courteous, helpful and always there to help and listen to any feedback given. Over all it was an amazing stay at The Jain Group Lachung Continental. I will surely go back again.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. It is a nice little hotel. It provides all basic necessities like food hot water etc. Staff is very polite and cheerful. Lachung is a very far away place and road infrastructure not good. At such place providing basic amenities is also challenging. Please note food is veg only. There is no wifi. We appreciate services provided with smiling faces by the staff a such a remote location

This is the best stay in our Sikkim Trip. The food, people and everything was just Amazeballs. The food was offered to us via buffet, and they also served us food even when we returned late from Zero Point. I would recommend without a doubt. Absolutely amazing!

We stayed in this hotel with our family for a night. Most hotels in Lachung will not have lifts ... So did this hotel. They rooms are insulated and with some minimum extra charge they provide electric bedsheets to keep you warm in the cold nights. The food was tasty and the chef ensured to cook as per our requirements. They have a very prompt room service. Our stay overall was very comfortable.

The service was excellent. Everyone was polite & responded to requirements immediately. Facilities were good. Food quality was good. The executives were very helpful with our requests to adjust our stay in Lanchung with our stay in Gangtok. That was our pleasant surprise on arrival at Gangtok. Mr. Bikash Gurung deserves our special mention for the manner in which he made our stay pleasant & stress free.

Great location, polite & cooperative staff with better amenities & pure veg hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at lachung Continental also mesmerizing view of snow mountains from the room. We really enjoyed the food and service provided by hotel staff.

The staff and ambitions of hotels was very attractive. The food quality and the improtance to serve it among the guest is very unique. The Hotel manager, the reception and other staff are so polite and very helpful in nature. The location of hotel is good. The rooms are very clean. The lobby and entrace are very specious. The property have a parking space. The are more welcoming on guest arrival.

Best hotel we have accommodated in sikkim. Very polite and decent staff. Clean rooms, good food and great service. Strongly suggested for your lachung visit. Coordinative staff of very helpful nature specially the guy in reception named Upasna or something.

Thank you for your query. Mam you can't go directly to Lachung you have to stay Gangtok one night for permit than only you can go. We have our sister organization they can arrange for transport from hotel to NJP.
