I had stayed this hotel recently for a night
It was nice, excellent... rooms are very neat and cleaned with nice mountain view. Tea makers also available in rooms as a complementary. Bathrooms are also cleaned as new with hot waters.. And also food was very good and fresh it feels like home. My whole family was very Happy with this hotel.. I definitely visit next time this hotel and i recommend to others...

The property is situated at a location where you can view scenic beauty from all rooms, from Waterfall to snow clad mountains. Rooms are neat and tidy. Staff is very humble. Food is having good variety. Even room heaters are available on request

Thank you divine trips and team for an amazing yet memorable vacation to sikkim. The experience has made me speechless. The fact that we didn't even have a minor inconvenience has made me impeccably satisfied. The team were very humble and hospitable. Their hotels were very comfortable and the view was exquisite. Everything was taken care of very professionally yet elegantly. This was truly wonderful. I would recommend it to everyone.

We were exhausted by the time we reached the hotel and expected some rest once we got there but had the worst experience.
The management is very miser and ask for money for even the most basic of amenities. They refused to provide blankets even though they had a lot of them available. They refused to give even a packet of sugar.
The food is the worst of all. It lacks any taste or spice and is overpriced. The food costs more than its weight in gold.
A litre of milk was provided for 180 rupees.
We asked for a room to change clothes in when we came for lunch but they refused saying all the rooms were booked, even though we just checked out a few hours before and our room was still untouched.
And the management had to audacity to ask us to recommend this place to others too.
All in all, if you don’t find any other place except this to stay in, cancel your trip. Anything’s better than staying here.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The staff is terrible and the rooms are extremely dirty. The bedsheets were stained and had hair on them. When we asked the staff to replace the sheets, they said that this is how the sheets are supposed to be and refused to change it initially. The kettle and the crockery was also dirty and in a poor condition. The bathroom was extremely unclean, the toilet seats were broken and on the ceiling there were like a thousand insects. No bedwarmers were provided and it was super cold. The location is also super secluded. Overall, a really bad experience.

I did not have many expectations with this hotel with regards to the price. I had booked it for one night wherein i was to check in late evening and check out very early the next morning so i wasnt lookinh to spend too much.
This hotel surprised me. The staff is too polite, the rooms too clean with a gorgeous mountain view. Every facility of a four star. The dinner was the best north indian food that i had in my entire sikkim trip. Hats off to their chef - mohan. I requested breakfast to be ready by 5 30 am and they pulled off that too. I would absolutely love to be back at this little gem.

Everything has to as per their timings.
Poor Food taste and variety.
Rooms are small.
Heater is given after 7pm. Food buffet is only for half an hour.
Location is outside main village.
Some rooms have balcony.
