We visited the camp for two nights. On arrival - We were immediately checked In to our yurts on arrival by the staff on ground. The yurts were sparkling clean- well built and comfortable spaces. We primarily picked this place due to its location and it being pet friendly- and we were not disappointed. Towels/ soap/ linen and blankets are provided. Yurts are well lit and have electrical plug points built in You get all these small additional touches like getting a private bonfire and additional help for your pet in terms of food or pet sitting you may need which is great. The camp has cricket / hiking/ air gun which is included in your rate. Meals are fixed and served buffet style ( local homely veg/ non-veg food which was tasty) . There’s nothing else nearby so you eat at camp. They will serve it as per your convenient timing. Couple things to be mindful about- NO Wifi/ no network for phone calls. the yurts are not super private- built close to each other and you can pretty much hear everything around you. We had some noisy fellow-campers who refused to adhere to the quiet hours and carried their own speakers- so we heard music well into the night and early morning- this was not very pleasant. The kitchen could be cleaner - we had some stomach trouble - but the food was tasty to be fair. Our room rate had breakfast included- but please factor in 250/- , 350/-, 450/- for Breakfast , lunch and dinner per person if you eat at camp- this was expensive in my mind for the food we got. They do not serve ala-carte unless you ask for beverages/ snacks. Another note to the management is to please clean up the beautiful pond- it’s in a horrible shape and unclean at the moment. The camp grounds could use an uplift. The camp manager was very polite and responded to all our requests quickly. Staff was hospitable and helpful. All In All we had a great time. I’d recommend a one night stay if you are just out to camp/ or two days if you plan to trek/ visit the tiger reserve. Being able to bring our dog with us was a real boon. Thank you for a great time. …
Amazing place, far far away from the hustle bustle of city and even nearby villages. Very many species of birds surround this place and you can enjoy their music all day long. Nearby hills offer some trekking options, you can easily do it in an hour or so. Rooms are good quality. Staff is super awesome..they will make sure you have a great time. Food was another highlight, we were super happy with all the meals prepared during our 2 day stay. It was still cold in the night so we enjoyed bonfire for almost 4 hours and ended our night gazing at stars.
The camp is in a remote location away from crowd. The rooms are well maintained, considering that it is a tent. The floors are cemented. It has a decent bathroom attached with the tent. The package has breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and camp fire. There is a field where you can play cricket and other staff. The location is awesome, away from all kinds of pollution. Great place for star gazers.
Great place to getaway from the city’s hussle. Our 1 night stay with 10 friends was superb and within budget. It included outdoor games , meals, bonfire and a superb trek in the morning. P.S . Food was very disappointing.
Stayed at Bikamp for two nights on 16th and 17th February, 2018 with husband and two kids aged 6 and 3 and my two senior dogs. We had a great family time in this simple and beautiful property situated in the calm and serene location of Aravallis. The camp provides clean basic Yurt tent accommodation with attached bath. Lots of in house outdoor and indoor games options for all ages and trekking and nature walks etc. for adventure seekers. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and they guide you very well about things to do within and nearby the camp location. We went for a half day sightseeing to Sariska on one of the days and had to leave our dogs behind at camp as rules do not permit taking pets inside the jungle. The staff took great care of both the dogs while we were away, fed them and took them for a walk and ensured they don't feel lonely. The night sky at Bikamp is something to experience, something I hadn't seen ever before. Go with a great camera to capture all the beauty Bikamp has to offer at different times of the day. Whether you are looking for adventure or just pure relaxation and distressing, bikamp is the place for you. Just a few suggestions I have for Bikamp management and owners- Pls discontinue bottled water completely to go truly eco Friendly. You could install a good water filtration system and announce to your guests in advance that you do not provide bottled water while you have ensured clean potable water through good filtration system. Secondly, some guests especially the younger crowd who carry their own speakers make a lot of noise by playing music at loud volumes at extremely odd hours this disturbs the peace and quiet for other guests. I don't understand the logic of such guests who come to a remote quiet location just to turn it into a night club. Anyway, if you could inform your guests in advance that they must refrain from playing music at loud volumes, especially at odd hours, it'll be good. It was my first visit to Bikamp, I look forward to being back soon! I loved my stay here, hope to be back soon. …
We came to the place after spotting it on the map looking for a nice place to put our tent and explore the area. The moment we entered the place the crew was super nice and helpful, showing us there luxurious accommodation and amazing facilities. The more amazing thing was that when we asked if we can sleep with our tent in the property and use the bathroom, we were answered positively at the moment. We planned on staying for a night or two, but the silence, the atmosphere, the amazing view, and most of all the nice and generous staff kept us around for 4 nights. From the cook to the owners we were lucky to encounter, everyone was nice, welcoming and carrying in a way I haven’t seen before. To sum up, beautiful place, amazing villages around and the most kind and open minded staff :)…
Amazing arrangement...hospitable people... Comforting experience.... Only mobile network is the issue... Wonderful place for a weekend getaway specially from Nov to feb..... Enjoyed bonfire, stay, food, ambience, nature..
This is a campsite, very recently started. Ritesh Saxena who runs this place has put together a few tents, dining area & developing activities & farming etc at the site. The tents are basic yet comfortable with nice bedding and attached bathrooms. This is a camping / outdoor kind of experience in Aravallis. Food is great, cooked absolutely fresh. On location, the campsite is about 3.5 hours from Delhi, 95% of which is Highway. Last few kms of road is on a raw track going through a village, so if you are on a motor-bike or SUV, this will add some element of fun. Overall a great experience, if you are looking to spend some time with nature in rustic environment, while the weather is not very hot!
