Stayed for a night on the way to Udaipur and had a lovely time. Beautiful large room overlooking the gardens; spent a couple of hours relaxing by the pool reading. Good evening meal and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our travel agent said this was a charming and peaceful hotel, set in the hills. well it's in the hills on a main road. Rooms clean and basic we had to keep asking for the hot water to be turned on. We had a snack at lunch in what at the time was very busy. However when we went down for...

While on a road trip from Udaipur to Jodhpur and after visiting Ranakapur we had to eat. The driver stopped at this location where many other tourists were having lunch. The food is acceptable - chicken tandoori and naan. They claimed that their card machine is not working but I saw locals paying by card.

our driver dropped us here for lunch en route to Ranakpur temple and udaipur. overpriced lunch, a pack of minute maid juice costs Rs 110, and ordinary food costs Rs 300 and up. food quality was below average. I dont mind paying for nice food, but here you will feel overcharged. the waiter stated service charge was not included when...

Guys at the small midway stop were very nice and welcoming, they were helpful and attentive, making sure we were comfortable at our rest stop. If you're making you way through town and need a place to rest on the way, Chandra Hill Resort is the place to be!

As other reviews mention, these guys are snakes. This was a horrible experience. The food was fair, very middle of the road. And slightly overpriced, but I don't blame them too much for gouging the prices when they're one of the few restaurants in the area. That's just capitalism... But service was awful. After serving us food, the restaurant, which...

We checked in at this "resort" shortly after noon. As there were only similar-looking resorts around, we decided to have lunch here. It took the cook 25 minutes to dissolve a pack of powdered soup in a small bowl and produce a cold, chewy roti (we can buy pre-baked roti's in Belgium: you open the package, moisten them and bake...

Tourist trap that probably pays a commission to drivers. Ok quality but very overpriced. Portions are smaller than average (and ridiculously small in some cases). Not the cleanest silverware you'll find in India. Do have a close look at your fork

Have nothing but compliments for this restaurant. Staff were very friendly and we sat under a canopy in the garden looking over a spotless swimming pool. Toilets were super clean and I am a bit of a toilet phobic, so not easily pleased. We had chicken with rice , and a yellow lentil daal with naan bread. All was delicious,...
