Since, we hadn't had any plan of staying in Nathdwara, we had selected New Cottage to stay in night as it is very near to the Temple. We must say that it ia a one decent hotel with all basic amenities with affordable price. We booked room with 4 beds, which turn out to be a very decent one. It had two rooms with double bed in it, a bathroom with geyser and a kitchen. And this at a cost of Rs.400/-. Also it has small gardens where you can get relaxed in the evening.

I heard about this location..we decided to stay here but room no. 72 2nd floor (bhagvati)..this room was very dangerous...in the room there were so many vermin(કીડીઓ) on the bed...after some time we saw centipede...so overall it's not a good stay but it is night safari for us...

1] Very near from Shree Ji Temple only 200 - 300 meters. 2] Rates are quite cheaper than others. 3] AC & Non AC all types are rooms are available. 4] Very big place and can accommodate around 750 to 1000 Tourists at a time. 5] Rooms are easily available in normal days 6] Online booking is also available Cons:- 1] Water coolers are installed but they are not near to your accommodation place 2] If you have Senior Citizens with you than could be problematic because they have lot of blocks having 3 or 4 floors, so you can get 3rd or 4rth floor accommodation depending on the availability & they do not have Lift facility in any of the blocks available.

The rooms are not at all cleaned. The bathrooms are in terrible state. The staff and the management have a boss like attitude. The amenities are poor. There are many better places to stay in Nathdwara. My suggestion is to avoid at all costs.

While asking room availability they behave like they are giving rooms on a charity. They charge Rs. 990/- per room and they dont allow to see the room.
It is mentioned they rooms with TV & AC; but the TV is not working - there is no cable connection / signals since morning.
Rooms are not cleaned at all. There are ANTS on the bed and every where.
We asked to clean the room twice but response is very unprofessional;
they are saying they dont have sufficient staff to clean the room.....!!!!!

Stay is very Good. We booked 2BHK flat for 5 ladies. It was very neat and clean Rooms. 1 Hall, Kitchen, 1 master bad & another normal. Very superb Stay. The problem is only 1 that it is 10 min. distance from Mandir. so if you leave your room 1nce. u should come back in the evening only.

I stayed with family.it is budget property to stay. Do not expect much. You will not get better rooms as those are vip rooms which are never allocated for normal people. Since it is owned and run by trust you will not find luxury but you can spend night and have a stay. Water heater is available only in one room if you are 10-15 family members. They have a very good garden. I would suggest to try new damodardham for which online booking is available.

There are 2 blocks - one is the old block where rooms are of very old type and are best avoided. The new block rooms are modern and clean and I would suggest New Cottage only if you get the new rooms. There is a spacious play area where one can spend a good amount of time relaxing

Being a Dharamsala the place is very well maintained, rooms are quite big, clean and very reasonable rates. Temple is within 5mins walk. Staff behavior is bit of concern else on a overall level, very good..!!

The biggest benefit of this place is its very near to the temple. You can walk and reach temple in 5 minutes. There are different kind of rooms available, from ordinary to highly luxurious. There is no touch of hotel type management but still AC rooms are okay. If you take apartments they come with AC and television. A very good attempt by temple management. If you plan to stay here book at least a month in advance from Temple management website, rooms are not available easily here. Baring apartments rest of the rooms are highly affordable.
